Booked twin or king but got a double. Little things like dirty grout in shower, dirty skirting-boards and poor selection of alcohol.

Lovely helpful staff and quirky surroundings, nice decor. Lovely continental breakfast.

Having to pay extra for latte coffee for breakfast. Also no milk in room to make coffee.

We weren't able to control the heating and the room was too warm when we arrived late at night The shower cabin could have been a bit cleaner

Perfect location for us to explore this part of Glasgow, easy walk through the park to University, Kelvingrove Museum and Ashton Lane.

Bed a bit soft for my liking, but that's only a personal preference.

Situated in a lovely, peaceful location. Warm welcome from all staff who were always willing to help. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

My friends were downstairs (I think room 7). Their bed was very soft and uncomfortable - they didn't sleep well. So I think your experience depends on which room you get and if the bed has been updated recently.

We were upstairs in room 5, which was clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. Good location, nice staff. Thanks!

The outlets did not work with our UK adaptor and the 4 USB ports were just for show. 10 am checkout is unusual to say the least and staff was unwilling to extend checkout time for a late fee because we had not arranged for it the day before. Coffee wasn’t included in the included breakfast.

Charming decor with in room record players and vinyl albums to play. Friendly front desk. Fabulous location by Kelvingrove Park and Museum. Lively restaurant scene nearby. Good breakfast.

Only thing I wasn't keen on was the see through shower room door, which also needed oiling as it did squeak a bit.

Super clean modern hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable and bedroom was quiet, clean, warm and cosy. Breakfast although only continental was great with plenty of choice and frequently replenished. The record player in the room with some vinyl records to play was a great extra touch.

If we can give a tip but it is only minor.. we would not place plastic plants at the entrance. Use real plants or non at all. Plastic plants are ugly and even more so when they discolor over time by the sun.

We loved it. Very nice staff. Cosy rooms. Clean, quiet area etc.

Parking situation was more challenging than anticipated (street parking near hotel is paid for maximum 3 hours from 8am-6pm, free after that; lot at the Kelvingrove Museum is close but requires coins to pay 10£ from 8am-6pm, plus 3£ for 6pm-8am). Shower pressure wasn’t great.

Really cute room perfect for a solo traveler, good lighting, comfortable bed, excellent location just off Kelvingrove Park
