I can't think of a single thing!

The house was easy to find, it was absolutely beautiful to look at and the interior had been renovated to a very high standard. The parking was good next to the house. We were greeted by Sara and Simon the owners who showed us round and took our luggage up to the room. Sara kindly brought us fresh milk for our tea/coffee and some homemade cookies which were delicious. There was a lounge for residents to use with an honesty bar should you want it. The room was a good size with all you could want, shower room was again well appointed. We were able to have a wander around the gardens and the land at the back of the property and spent a lovely hour enjoying the evening sun overlooking incredible views. The breakfast was really good with a wide range of choice from cereals to fresh fruit, yoghurt and hot choices. We had a problem with our car during our stay. Sara immediately offered to help and on our last morning Simon very kindly gave us a lift to our relative's home a short drive away, nothing was too much trouble. It was all delightful. We would return in a heartbeat.

It’s so beautiful! What a building, and so lovingly restored. I stayed in the Kingswell room, which has a beautiful view, and gorgeous bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and breakfast was outstanding. Thank you both so much for the wonderful hospitality - I can’t wait to visit again.

Everything was great. Friendly and helpful. Was given map and ideas for things to see in the area which meant we saw lots including Charleston House and garden which was fabulous. Little details like fresh flowers in the room made us feel very welcome. Fast wifi.

This is a beautiful house that has a country English charm about it. The house and rooms were very clean, stylish and comfortable and the breakfast was amazing! The hosts were so kind and welcoming and really went above and beyond to make my family’s stay great. They made fresh cookies for us, gave a tour of the house and gardens and even helped us out when we had transportation problems. I couldn't recommend this place more and will defiantly be coming back.

Boreham House was a wonderful end to our trip to England. It was a great pleasure to stay in this beautiful historic building. Sarah and Simon are excellent hosts. After a very good breakfast, which left nothing to be desired, we had an interesting tour of the house and garden. Excellent!

There was some road noise, but it didn't disturb our sleep at night as traffic seemed to disappear late evening.

Breakfast sumptuous, with a huge array of cooked and uncooked items. Porridge was particularly good and fresh fruit was also available. We even had a guided tour of the house and garden which was an unexpected and pleasurable bonus.

The stay was great, the room is spacious and has enough ventilation with windows and a fan to get by even during a heat wave (which we were caught by). The hosts are gracious and were very lenient with us arriving rather late. Everything was outstanding - from the location to the service and amenities in the room. A truly authentic B&B experience

Delicious breakfast with so much choice. The location was perfect for the beach and Herstmonceux Observatory. Great food and drink at the Bull's Head Inn just a few yards across the road.

Lovely property with an abundance of outside space. Really nice to stay somewhere with a bit of history to it and the hosts are more than happy to talk you through it which made the whole stay feel very personal. The breakfast was delicious and I would’ve been tempted to have asked for seconds. wonderful sized room and a huge bathroom, would 100% recommend this B&B who’s looking to stay in this area!
