The host was really nice and friendly and even gave us a map and suggested where we could go considering this was our first time in the city. He was also nice enough to let us check in ahead of time and store our luggage after we checked out so we could explore the city baggage free.

We loved how clean and spacious our room was. Lovely chilled vibe as soon as we walked in. Lee (the owner) was exceptional and made our stay 10x better. He really cares about everyone staying in the hostel and wants everyone to have a great time. Lee made us feel straight at home and we was relaxed as soon as we entered. Breakfast was great as well, unlimited tea, coffee and toast. Myself and my partner just wanted an easy place to stay without feeling like your stepping on other peoples toes and it was perfect. The double bedroom felt like an air B+B! We will be back! Oh and large free parking aswell!! We wish we could have stayed longer! So we paid for an extra night aha. Nothing bad to say about the blue room.

The overall feel at the hostel was nice. The owner very friendly. Our stay was comfortable. We had warm beds, hot shower, clean room! Breakfast provided. Good lounge area. What more can you ask for 😊

Breakfast is basic but it is fresh and it’s everything essential. Ben the owner is very open and so helpful- suggests the restaurants and places worth to visit. Hostel is quiet, I had the best sleep and rest for a long time.

Lee and his wife were the most accommodating and really made our stay memorable. The hostel was clean and cosy with everything we needed, and conveniently located near the town centre and several beaches. The breakfast was really a bonus as well!

We booked in the morning on the day and just needed somewhere for one night. The owner contacted me via email and said the room would be ready earlier than check in time and our bags would be able to be stored in the meantime. We arrived literally 4 ish hours after booking and he said the room would be ready in 10 mins so no need to store bags. The room was very clean and comfortable. En-suite was very nice too. We enjoyed the complimentary drinks and snacks downstairs. The owner was incredibly lovely and couldn't be more helpful with everything. We checked out and stored our bags til we needed to leave. Our taxi to the airport was late and looked like we weren't going to make our flight, he so kindly offered to help us out and drove us to the airport which we made the plane just in time, without him we would have missed it. Honestly would recommend and will definitely stay again in future. Its super closer to the beach which is great!!

The hostel is in a perfect location for walking to town & the beach, good facilities and comfortable beds. Strong wifi and breakfast were a bonus! Lee & Sungyim we’re great hosts, chatty and always available for recommendations.

Its was superb holiday with Blue Room Hostel. Clean rooms and bathroom. Comfortable beds. Lovely ,helpful owners. Breakfast included in the room price (love toast with jam & coffee). Amazing location. Quiet area. I know mainly surfers stay here, but looking from woman perspective full length mirror, bedside lamp and few hangers would make the level of this place for 110%. So happy for having a chance to stay at Blue Room Hostel! Thank you! We'll back definitely!

Conveniently located near train station, shops and walking distance to the beach. Room is clean and with private toilet and shower. There is a small sitting room and dining area at the ground floor, with complimentary toast and hot or cold drinks for breakfast. Would highly recommend to those who wants to enjoy Cornwall without breaking their bank especially on busy season. Lee is very nice and helpful.
