My only constructive feedback would be that a 2 seater sofa is not big enough for a 2 bedroom apartment, there is plenty space to add another sofa or large chair.

Though the apartment was in a new building, the area felt a little run down

Extremely clean, well furnished and comfortable with friendly responsive hosts. Also loved the fact that Belfast's two famous giant cranes were visible from the window and reflected in the artwork inside the accommodation.

Had a problem with the TV not working but was soon rectified by the owner, that was the only issue so wasn't really any problem. No other problems or issues

The apartment was so clean, had everything u needed, excellent finish to the apartment everything looked new. The apartment was so comfy just like home from home. Great proximity to get into Belfast, only a very short bus journey or even walkable. Great stay and would highly recommend, would definitely stay here again.

It didn’t bother me as I didn’t eat/use the kitchen but it is not well equipped if you plan/want to cook meals. Also relatively cheap mattresses/polycotton sheets but you get what you pay for and I was happy with the price

Great location, excellent facilities. We particularly loved the little welcome gift. As we were entering the complex the very friendly housekeeping team were leaving and they welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed.

Slightly dodgy neighbourhood with locals causing a disturbance but that’s not the host’s fault 😊 it was entertaining…from a distance.

Location is a bit rough round the edges with not too many amenities on the doorstep, but easily walkable into Belfast city centre.

It would be nice if there were bins provided in the bedrooms, it was slightly annoying that I had to head into the kitchen because that was where the only bin was. Another small complaint is that the neighbors upstairs were a bit noisy, though it is not the host's fault, this is just to warn light sleepers to bring ear buds!

It was very, very clean and a comfortable stay. The host was also very responsive and she is absolutely lovely! The location was also very handy, being only a 30 min walk away from the city. There is also a bus 2 mins away and on-street parking was available. I really enjoyed my stay and would come back again!

Property was spotless, shower and bathroom ideal, TV in every room. Only staying for one night,so didn't use the washing machine, oven etc, but all modern and easy to use if needed. Location very handy near train station, will rebook if very in belfast again!

Everything was shiny and new. Very clean and tidy. Good kitchen facilities , and a nice bright spacious bathroom. The convenience of being so close to the city centre and the Titanic quarter is great. A nice quiet and peaceful area.

The only thing we would have changed would have been a later checkout, but Gillian was very accommodating on this particular occasion we stayed which was much appreciated.

Check in was very efficient and the apartment was beautifully decorated and clean. Brilliant location from the city centre and train station. The kitchen had everything we needed for self catering. There was also a complimentary bottle of wine which was a lovely touch.

One of the best apartments we’ve stayed in, in Belfast! Great location, loads of nice restaurants and coffee shops around the area. Great communication with the host and easy check in. Was good to have parking on the street also as we had two cars with us. Would definitely stay again!
