No hot water a cold shower on our second day which was disappointing.

Beautiful looking hotel. All the staff made us feel welcome. Room was clean and big. A good choice for breakfast.

You could hear the people walking in the room above you but it wasn't a big deal

Reception staff were really gruff and with the London Underground tube stop a street away - the room shook with every train.

I loved every minute and didn't want to leave!

The junior room was lovely. The breakfast was fab, there was a huge selection of food available. The staff were welcoming and nice.

The downstairs room I occupied, designated as LG, exhibited an elevated temperature and a noticeable absence of proper ventilation. This resulted in discomfort during sleeping hours due to the excessive heat and the inadequate performance of the air conditioning unit.

The staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and friendliness, ensuring a seamless experience. The establishment's proximity to Paddington station and its favorable location contribute to its overall appeal.

You can hear the constant noise from the subway running just underneath the hotel. Busy breakfast area that makes you cue for a table.

The queue for a seat for breakfast in the mornings, as if the breakfast area wasn't big enough for the amount of people who wanted to dine at the time. You could hear the people in the room right above our room on the next floor.

The room was lovely.....It was quiet & the breakfast was nice. Hotel location was good too.

Not enough room for breakfast so had to queue. Buffet didn’t seem to be replenished and wasn’t great quality given the price.

Good location and close to few underground as well as Paddington, direct access to Heathrow! Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Close to restaurants and convenience shops. Room is comfortable and toilet was clean and quite spacious.

It was some clicking sound with one of the lamps in the roof by the curtains. It didn't work, so it just clicked all time instead when the lights were on. It was a little hard to make the shower handle have a good flow. But nothing that is crucial.:)

We lived here for four days and it was a very pretty hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful in the reception. We got upgraded to a bigger and better room, so it was really nice 😀 The room was very good,big and had everything you needed. It was good that you could borrow an adapter in the reception for our phonecharger. The bed was really big and nice!!! The breakfast was good, it had what you need. But it would have been good with some pancakes.. 🥞 😋 It was easy to take both bus and underground 🚇 to the center. As well as walking in Hyde Park. After all,very happy with our stay! We will come back:)

Door keys cards not working, had to keep going from floor 5 to Reception to get someone for master key, apparently it had to do with the clock change and an engineer had been called?

Location excellent, close to Hyde Park and lovely Kensington gardens and close to shopping at Oxford Street. Breakfast was good, but both mornings ,it was overbooked, so didn't enjoy that much as people waiting for table in queue although the breakfast lady managed it well.

No water bottles in the room u need to get your own and no slippers in the room which was surprising to me

A very pleasent stay at a nice hotel with a nice surrong area. Very welcoming and nice staff.. The room was clean and fresh. Good location is close to Paddington. I will definitely recommend this hotel.
