Breakfast selections are very limited. I asked for omlet, the reply was no it is not provided. Only one lift is available. Shaving nor dental is provided for free (2£ each).

The air conditioner turned off automatically, which we did not discover until the third night. The room lacked air flow as a result. We arrived late morning for a 3p check in. The first time in London where we were not offered a room before that time. It was suggested to have afternoon tea there, but service was slow and the sandwiches seemed to have been sitting around for awhile, as the bread was hard and stale. Paper thin walls and hearing the cleaning staff phone ringing constantly.

Good location. Rooms, including bathroom, reasonable size. Nice lobby and patio space. Plenty of space for toiletries.

We were told breafast was included when we cheked in. Then when we went for breakfast we were told it wasnt. Thats ok but the staff were rude about it.

A comfortable clean room that was larger than other Central London hotels we have used, with friendly & helpful staff. A very convenient location close to Hyde Park and Bayswater tube station. The breakfast was good too!

Elevators were intermittently out of service but with at least one working at all times. But this was not at all much of an inconvenience for us because stairs were easy to access.

Beautiful hotel within walking distance of Hyde Park and several tube stations. Excellent location, and hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Easy to access from the airport and would definitely stay here again.

we have been given a room on the groundfloor with a wall in front of the window....not very comfortable since our stay was for 4 nights the breakfast room is too small for all the guests and the morning you have to queue to obtain the table even if you arrive at 9 the food trays are empty...you have to ask for the refill and most of the times the food was not availble again....

The Wi-Fi did not work above floor two so I wouldn’t recommend this if you need to work while traveling.

The room size is great and the bed was so so comfy. It’s also super quiet, we slept amazingly. And the AC worked great. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the room in shape. For London the room is huge and a great value. It’s on a quiet street but still walkable!

The breakfast was very busy and seemed a bit disorganised. Perhaps don't mix the sausages with the bacon as my partner is a coeliac and therefore can not have gluten... mixing them together causes cross contamination. There was a loud humming/vibrating noise in our room which occurred every 5 minutes for a few seconds...not a big deal but kind of annoying at 3am.

The location was superb with great access to Hyde Park. The hotel was clean and tidy with plenty of staff on reception. The room was large and tidy. We requested an accessible room, which was ideal for our needs.

We found big fly in our room, scarring my wife, we spoke to the hotel, unfortunately, second day, we found again big fly in the carridor, third day again in our room, they take this issue seriously, because it is really annoying . Also, around 15 minutes walk to the nearest metro station

We can't forget Idiva smile ( senior receptionist) and her nice welcome, she gave us 3 hours check in earler , all the staff are extremely nice and cooperative, the street is very clean, nearby grocery

Pricy meals. Small elevators with long wait time if arriving together with other guests because no more than five could fit inside.

There were old information from Booking.com in my reservation: about breakfast was told that english breakfast costs extra, but it did not, which was nice. But then there also read that one 3 course dinner was included, but it did not.

Location is excellent, only 5-10 minutes from Paddington station. Also underground stations were nearby.
