The breakfast was very busy and seemed a bit disorganised. Perhaps don't mix the sausages with the bacon as my partner is a coeliac and therefore can not have gluten... mixing them together causes cross contamination. There was a loud humming/vibrating noise in our room which occurred every 5 minutes for a few seconds...not a big deal but kind of annoying at 3am.

The location was superb with great access to Hyde Park. The hotel was clean and tidy with plenty of staff on reception. The room was large and tidy. We requested an accessible room, which was ideal for our needs.

We found big fly in our room, scarring my wife, we spoke to the hotel, unfortunately, second day, we found again big fly in the carridor, third day again in our room, they take this issue seriously, because it is really annoying . Also, around 15 minutes walk to the nearest metro station

We can't forget Idiva smile ( senior receptionist) and her nice welcome, she gave us 3 hours check in earler , all the staff are extremely nice and cooperative, the street is very clean, nearby grocery

There were old information from Booking.com in my reservation: about breakfast was told that english breakfast costs extra, but it did not, which was nice. But then there also read that one 3 course dinner was included, but it did not.

Location is excellent, only 5-10 minutes from Paddington station. Also underground stations were nearby.

The distance to the tub station. Walls were thin, able to hear upstairs and loud arguments from room near us.

The staff at reception were accommodating. The breakfast manager Lady was exceptional. Great daily room cleaning.

The hotel is well situated. The foyer and dining area are aesthetically pleasing, and the staff are super helpful. The bed was comfortable and the temperature in the room was comfortable as it was throughout the hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

The property was not very accessible. There are steps leading to the hotel and one small elevator.

One of the lifts was broken, but the staff was very nice about it. It was a little bit noisy with the tube going by every few moments, but only if you’re a light sleeper like me.

The noise and poor quality of the internet

Location, house keeping were great. Nicoletta in the restaurant during breakfast was amazing. But, there was a noise like a train was approaching coming from the back side of the building It was every 10 minutes during the day and at the evening They told us at the reception that they have it only on one side of the building The price is the same for quiet or noisy room

The breakfast buffet is a bit expensive. Crowded in the mornings. One day, it took 10 minutes before they had replenished the eggs, bacon, and sausages.

Very crowded breakfast and limited variety. A slight smell of an old house as in many places in London.

Very beautiful and nice area. Walking distance from Paddington station, Kensington Park, Department Stores and many other. Excellent bed. Clean and nice bathroom and thick big towels. Coffee and tea making facilities and refrigerator in the room. Cleaniness. Thanks for gluten free bread, fat free yogurt and fruits.
