This place is an absolute gem if you need some time to yourself to either concentrate on work or to relax. Susie & Roger were great hosts and have everything you could possibly need in place. I would highly recommend.

A lovely property which was exactly as described. Beautifully designed and decorated, quaint and modern, and spotless inside. Lovely touches with welcome food and drinks provided. The cosy cabin was a welcome spot in the evening too. Walking distance to a lovely pub with an unusual and tasty food selection was a bonus.

An outstanding accommodation for a couple. Having travelled extensively, this is by far the best stay for a few days we have experienced. Our hosts, Susie and Roger made sure everything had been thought of, including a welcome bottle of wine in the lower garden retreat house. The bijou is beautifully decorated, quiet, surprisingly private and has 5 star appointments. Thank you both for such a wonderful stay in a beautiful part of England.

The place is small (the couch is in a cabin at the end of the hosts' garden). Except for some hangers, there is nowhere to put your stuff (and the extra pillows and blanket). I would suggest bigger nightstands (there would be the space for them) with larger drawers that could actually fit something. Old, scratched pan. Some traffic noise early in the morning.

Nice b&b, good base to visit the Cotswolds. Clean, comfortable bed, kitchen, good shower, thick towels, strong wi-fi, some food for breakfast (only sweet, though). Kind hosts, they gave us a bottle of wine as welcome.

Everything was just perfect for a quiet relaxing weekend ! Susie & Roger were great hosts , there if you needed anything but not intrusive! The cabin was a great bonus …walked to & had lunch at the local pub then back to the cabin to listen to some of the vast array of music available from their CD collection . There was definitely something for everyone & great sound system too ! Good nights sleep on a very comfortable bed. Kitchen area in the Malt House was adequate for making cooked breakfast with hob, kettle and toaster. Large modern rainfall shower with plenty of good quality towels. Very quiet location ! Had a planned on having a day out in Stratford but decided to stay local and leave the car on the driveway….. so glad we did we , were so chilled. We will be back ! I absolutely love coming to the Bijou Malthouse. It's like my own little sanctuary away from home and with my busy work schedule, it's a wonderful place to come back to in the evening and relax. There is everything you need and more , little touches that make it extra special. The hosts are just lovely and nothing is too much trouble. When it was cold, an electric blanket and extra heater were happily provided. The refurbishment has only enhanced it even more. The addition of underfloor heating in the shower room has solved the chill in there and the new decor is very stylish. Love it!

If I could design a place to stay, in this case, a base for Cheltenham Festival for 2 days, 28 miles away, this would be it. Strong WiFi, spotlessly clean, everything working! Added bonus of electric blanket! Parking right outside, a pleasure to stay, host Susie even met me with a bottle of wine. Perfect for all I needed. Recommended!

Absolutely stunning and comfortable home, it was perfect for my stay. The decor is beautiful, comfortable and there is a powerful picture on the wall of a women! Absolutely would recommend and look forward to staying again in the future!

Once we had a heater and an extra blanket the room was very warm - the bathroom remained quite cold though.

The host was very attentive and responsive when we requested more blankets and a heater. The location was great for us - lots of places to travel to nearby. The bijoux is very nicely decorated and it is great to have kitchen facilities.

Really lovely little break. Cabin in the garden is a great place to relax. Lovely hosts and sorted our flat tyre out without us needing to ask as well as buying cookies for us.

Everything in the property was of a very good standard and very nicely furnished. Plenty of choice for breakfast. A surprise element was the relaxation room in the garden with cosy seating, heating and mellow lighting, great space to chill out on a chilly autumn evening. We had a very enjoyable stay. Lovely helpful hosts.

So many things about the Bijou Malthouse that we loved. Cleanliness, peaceful location, summerhouse at the bottom of the garden is stunning. The personal touches are just an added bonus that make the Bijou an ideal getaway. Thank you again Susie and Roger.

lovely property, cosy and the bonus of welcome pack was nice. The pod at the bottom of the garden was lovely but as we were visiting family in the area we didn't take advantage of it.
