Very clean and tidy, staff were very helpful and friendly, and loved the view of the pitch , good food loved the breakfast and great choice 🤗

The bed for my daughter wss basically just springs the mattress was gone so she basically just slept in with me and the wife but we stayed at a much cheaper hotel the first two days and the beds where exceptional, also having to wait to be buzzed in anytime you leave the hotel is a bit of an inconvenience and the bar closes to residents at 10 :45

The view was really good of the pitch the daughter loved it , it was in a good location close to plenty of things

Odd feature did need some maintenance but nothing too shocking you can get this anywhere you stay and didn't effect our stay breakfast is self service not to everyone tast but it was fine plenty on offer

Originally told parking was £5. Then £10. Left to get something from the shop at night to return and find our space was taken and no spaces left. Had to park in overflow. If we’d have been told this could happen I would have walked.

Woke up at 6.30am to kids running up and down corridors and lots of doors banging repeatedly. At check out when asked if everything was ok I told them this , only for the lady on the desk to say ‘oh, why were they even weak at that time. ‘

The brass band practising at 7.50 on the Saturday morning was horrendous!!!,the hotel should have told us when we checked in that this was going to take place

No advice on parking until we got to reception to discover the hotel had dedicated spaces in the 1 hour limited stay area. Worth adding to information on the hotel.

I think most people who have visited Blackpool in recent years would say it's not the place they remember from summer holidays with their family as children.. The streets surrounding the stadium are pretty run down and my partner was not a happy chappy when we ventured out to find a store / supermarket for snacks and wine ( we arrived fairly late at the venue and the catering had finished )

Very engaged , friendly and helpful staff, from the evening staff on reception and check in to the morning catering staff at breakfast. It's the first time I have stayed at a hotel based in a football stadium, and - although not a "normal " hotel in a lot of ways, it was a genuinely enjoyable experience, and - yes - If I need another stay over in Blackpool , I would be happy to stay here.

The bar chooses to close when it wants to despite having opening times. We went in at 10pm on a Saturday night to be told we could have a drink but we had to take it to our room as the barman wanted to clean the bar.

No advance notification of the fire alarm test on Friday morning. The room needed a bit of TLC to bring it up to 4* standard; damaged bathroom door. Confusion over paying for the car parking at check-in.

Nice sized room and bathroom. Staff were always helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really nice and the forever hard to provide scrambled eggs, were really nice and not like rubber that you find elsewhere.

Room was looking a bit tired. With chipped paint. Loose toilet roll holder, crack in washing basin. All quite minor things but needed a bit of tlc

Near the centre and was clean. Staff welcoming and friendly. Bed was very comfortable and decent size room.
