We were very disappointed in the state of the hotel in general. The furniture in the lounge was badly stained and shabby and in other areas very poor.

The hotel was perfectly located for us. The room was very small but comfortable bed and excellent shower.

Room we were in was not as big as we thought but was adequate for the one night. Tea and coffee had not been replenished so had to ask at reception for stock.

Staff very friendly, room was adequate. Breakfast was very good and coffee from the machine was excellent.

We had a very good stay at the Best Western. No complaints at all. It is by no means a 5 star hotel, but when traveling on a budget, will suit all your needs.

Waited an hour for dinner after ordering and gave up on pudding after a further 30 minutes so £45 for a minni fish and chips,never again also room was freezing 2 of us slept in a single bed to keep warm

One of the windows didn’t close properly (room 213) so I had to turn up the heating a little more but it didn’t end up affecting my sleep. The restaurant wasn’t open for dinner. The bar served food but was understaffed with just one member managing orders and serving tables.

The bed and pillows were too hard for me. The sound proofing is poor. You can clearly hear other guests. There was coughing and snoring all night and bathroom sounds.

Am familiar with the hotel for years as chairman for the man utd supportersclub from Belgium As the previous manager Mr AJ ROSS JONES WHICH WE HAVE A VERY GOOD understanding price and logistic wise ..departed from the hotel We nevER gone back to that level of understanding with the hotel AS with our group there are some garantees with our group for some reservations Prices went up like it was snow Hope thye future can have some supriese regarding our future stays at the hotel

The room bore no resemblance to the description on booking.com The hotel and room (362) was extremely tired and much of the hotel including the bedroom is in need of refurbishment. It wasn’t close to being worth the £95 paid for one nights stay without breakfast.
