Decor not to our taste. Seems like new owners and they are starting to make improvements. Rooms small but adequate for what we needed.

We have stayed all over. The bedding was so clean and soft.The owners were such lovely genuine people. Amazing location with parking. Don't know how they do it for the price £50 per night out of season for 2 including breakfast.

BREAKFAST WAS WHAT I CALL A REAL BREAKFAST - EXCELLENT. MY DAUGHTER IS VEGAN - AND ALTHOUGH THE BERRY HOTEL DO NOT USUALLY CATER FOR STRICT VEGANS - A GOOD BREAKFAST WAS PROVIDED TO HER WHICH WAS MUCH APPRECIATED.

All was okay.

The bedroom was large and room, and the temperature of the room was perfectly managed. The shower worked well, we enjoyed tea and coffee facilities and the little table and chairs by the window.

Needed more than one towel for showering as we were a couple. The light was dimming and brightening in the bathroom. Although it didn't ruin our stay.

Again for the money I paid there was nothing not to like it was all very good

The room was fine for the money we paid for the 3 nights which I thought was really cheap considering the location a minutes walk from the beach and town was perfect just for a weekend away allso the hosts were really friendly which im suprised i didnt annoy them asking for more milk and tea bags which they gladly helped out with thank you for that 👍🏻

STRONGE SMELL OF CURRY, SPICES.

WARM WELCOME AND VERY HELPFUL STAFF. CLOSE TO SHOPS AND BEACH BUS AND TRAIN STATION. GOOD BREAKFAST TO START THE DAY. COMFORTABLE ROOMS WITH TV.

Only had 1 x bath towel for a couple, needed a towel change. I could have asked? Hubby would have liked more beans on his breakfast. Found it awkward going into the bathroom, have to go down 3 x steps, needs a safety handle to assist. (Just an idea) We managed and were grateful for the short notice booking.

I found the shower was a little slow but we managed the 2 nights ok the stairs was a little challenging but at my age of 74 I find that anyway

we were made very welcome on arrival, the breakfast was enough a good choice of cereals and toast full English little portion of beans and mushrooms but I have hade a lot worse service was very quick and pleasant

We didn't like the bed. Not big enough (especially when the two in it take up all the bed) no room to move. Plus the mattress needed updating as very uncomfortable nights sleep

I loved how close the pier and town centre was and that it had good WiFi and free parking. And an amazing brekkie. Very tasty
