Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomUnfortunately the sauna was out of order. Also there were no options when we were booking that we could have a lot tub so I messaged the hotel. I didnt get a reply until a couple of hours before check in by which time it was too late for the hot tub to be filled and heated... This was disappointing but when we arrived we realised the hot tub had no privacy whats so ever. We really this that the hot tubs would benefit from a bit of privacy....
We stayed in one of the apartments. It was modern, clean and bright. We liked the location and the pool. We have re booked but staying in the main hotel not the apartments this time. Bar staff were polite and chatty. Dog friendy 😊

United KingdomSome hotels have smart tv's where people can login to their nexflix or amazon accounts ect so in the evening they can watch a movie when they get back. Its always a nice touch and this hotel would definitely benefit from that. Other than that the place was brilliant
The view was incredible, the staff were helpful and friendly and the hotel was beautiful. Breakfast was really good too.

United KingdomThe furniture in the bar area could do with more comfy chairs and some of the staff need to be trained better. The waiter in breakfast is very sullen and just bangs the teapot on the table spilling some of the tea. Bar staff look scruffy and take forever to make your drinks.

The white outside furniture furthest away on the patio was yellow/ green tinged and would be nice to have the same type of tables and chairs used on the patio directly outside the bar area

United KingdomWe booked a room with a sea view, paying extra. Whilst it's true you could see the sea from one window, the room was on the side of the hotel, more of a car park view. It wasn't "overlooking" the sea as we had imagined, but at least we could keep an eye on our car from the room!!.
The food was excellent and justified its price. Portions were very generous to the extent that we couldn't manage much in the evening after a big lunch. The hotel allowed us to just have a starter, and cheese and biscuits, but again, one portion would have been enough for two. Sadly we didn't have time to even visit the indoor pool. We visited in winter. The patio must be great in the summer.
