Not really suitable for disabled person. But I managed. In process of renovating the premises. Some areas were neglected but were rectified to a good standard.

The room was airy and in a quiet location. Excellent shower Staff helped to carry cases and bags up stairs

Our last night they had a large party of people booked in. A disturbed night,around 1.30am. Lots of noise and running around. Would be better, if had night staff, to control and calm this sort of thing out.

It was OK. Good value for money. Would say it would be very good, once they have got it up and running. Can see they are investing, and expect the kitchen, restaurant and bar up and running very soon.

Sadly when we stayed it was undergoing major renovations and made the check in process a little difficult with all the signs on the door. The beds are not overly comfortable either so something to note. We were also kept awake by an overflow gutter dripping outside our window all night.

The cups provided were different sizes and one was too small, no teaspoons for coffee/tea. Wifi was not good.

Given more notice the kitchen was closed only given less than 24hrs notice (no food facility available). This may have influenced my stay there. No spoon for making tea/coffee. TV was unwatchable due to very poor reception.

Lack of restaurant facilities as mentioned below. Staff pleasant and well presented, room clean and well maintained.

The room was classed as superior but was just a basic room,the tv aerial wasnt connected we had to sort it,only thing room had was a kettle with coffee,tea & milk supplied,the room was nothing like discribed,the shower was nice and modern needs a longer curtain to stop bathroom floor getting so wet,sorry i didnt like the windows next to the toilet no privacy.we didnt sleep very well due to loud traffic outside even though double glaced windows and a lot of sounds coming from the landing.We,was a little disappointed on day of arrival we received notification to say the restaurant etc was closed due to a refurbishment.maybe could do with a brighter colour through hotel instead of a dark grey.

We was visiting friends so it was a perfect location and we was able to leave our car at back of hotel

It is very tired. The entrance to the hotel is a mess and a lot of it is just tidying up and sorting out things, lots of bits wrong in our room, the shower curtain was not nice at all, there was a hole in one of walls in our room, there was a hole in one of the net curtains, there was a fire stick remote in our room but no fire stick

The location, we went to the near by spa and wanted to stay over the night in Long Eaton and the staff were all very nice and friendly

They didn't have breakfast, but you can eat nearby in town. Lock on room slightly difficult to close.

Probably the best hotel in Long Eaton within walking distance from the town. Near to the centre of town with exellent shops and resteraunts. Very friendly staff who upgraded us to a family room. A really nice park and canal walk nearby.

I was woken early morning by noise within the building. People coming and going outside my door but I did manage to get back to sleep Cups provided in the room are far too small. Next time I will bring my own mug

The sheet on the bed needed to be fitted really, it partially came off in the night. No breakfast on offer but there are many supermarkets nearby.

The staff were very friendly. The mattress was comfortable. The room had hand soap and shower gel in refillable containers. There were plug sockets next to the bed. There was a kettle and tea/coffee in the room. Whilst noise travelled everyone was quiet after 11pm.
