The only complaint would be the strong wind that weekend but there's nothing anyone can do about that........cannot say anything bad about this lovely experience, it exceeded our expectations in every way :)

Wow!! Just Wow!! We absolutely loved everything about this little hidden gem. Would not change a thing......cant wait to return again in the very near future. Hosts were so friendly & welcoming & we had everything we needed & more :) Thank you Karon & Jimmy

On the first day, there was lots of noise of low flying military aircrafts from a RAF nearby. Luckily it only lasted a few hours on 1day. It was a bit cumbersome to wash the dishes in the bathroom shed, as there was no table to put the bowl and crockery.

What a lovely welcome to this beautiful shepherds hut by our hosts Karon and Jimmy. A private romantic place, surrounded by beautiful countryside and animals. Very friendly and welcoming owners.

beautiful surroundings, away from it all, a 100 year old shepherds hut which has been lovingly restored, privacy, what’s not to like

A really charming and unique experience. There is a separate shower/basin/toilet chalet. the view over the paddocks is delightful. You have full privacy and are away from the owners house but they are very friendly and welcoming. we loved our stay

Really loved our stay at Bells Meadow, in fact as soon as we arrived my partner was checking her rota to see when we could come again. Caron was really welcoming and explained the basic need to knows. The little extra touches such as the welcome hamper and choccys were really nice. Theres everything you need inside your little home from home, binoculars to check out the local wildlife, a torch, hairdryer, kettle, toaster, microwave and a fridge. Everything was spotlessly clean and tidy and theres lots of garden furniture so you can sit outside and enjoy the peace and quiet. Caron, your host has two lovley horses as well as a couple of cute little doggies, cats and chickens. Then theres an abundance of wildlife including deer, owls, rabbits and birds. All in all Bells Meadow is a perfect getaway, so peaceful you will not want to leave, I know we did'nt.
