My second visit, but it won't be my last. Again I was welcommed like a family member. I was only there for one night before taking the ferry home so I dropped my bag and had a short walk to a nearby bar for a last English pint followed by a curry and then a good nights sleep. I had looked forward to the Breakfast hamper and it was as wonderful as the last one, an excellent way to start the day. It was only one night but to be made so welcome before heading home is really wonderful, Thank you both.

I can't think of anything.

Location ideal with beach, shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs, bus and train stations all within walking distance. Room had everything I needed for an enjoyable stay and was excellent value for money Breakfast hampers available which looked tasty although I didn't partake as I don't eat breakfast.

There is nothing we didn't like our only concern would be that parking might be a little tricky if busy and bad weather as it's mostly grass, and the surround streets after 1st May are 4 hours max. This however did not affect our stay and should not deter from staying at this wonderful place!

We stayed for 2 nights and everything was fantastic! Kelly and Chaz were excellent hosts, very friendly and accommodating. Excellent location right near the beach and town centre, the breakfast basket was also superb served promptly at the time we requested. Room was spotlessly clean and great value for money. Would definitely recommend Bella Vista for a perfect little getaway

Greeted by chas, who was sound, room was nice and clean, and provided with things that you need, location was ideal for everything too, I would defo stay again.

OMG the location was perfect for any little get away. Literally on the beach. Sadly mine was for work which the host didn’t not disappoint on. Her nice little refreshments on arrival and comfortable cosy room afforded me the opportunity to be well rested for work

Having to leave.

Being made welcome more like a member of the family. The premises are very quiet but situated near to the sea and excellent bars. I will be visiting again. I recommend the breakfast hamper, wonderful.

Absolutely nothing.

A warm welcome, a really comfortable room, a small fridge, very high tech lamp and good sized mugs for tea and coffee. Very peaceful and quiet, the ideal guest house for visiting Paignton.

Lovely stay, perfect location, 2 minute walk to the beach. Lovely room. Restocked daily with extra teabags etc…. Greeted by the friendly owners. Hardly in the room as was up early and out till late but comfy stay and perfect for what I wanted. Thankyou

Fantastic location as central as you could possibly get to everything in Paignton. Clean, comfortable and welcoming. I dont think you could get any better or need any better.

The personal touches were amazing, Kelly helped us immediately with parking, showing us our room and even decorated the room and a birthday card for my partner which we loved so much. The room was facing the sea which was even better and surprisingly quiet! We slept amazing, They were super chatty and helped us out even let us leave our car for a few hours after check out which was a great gift! We can’t wait to come back again in the summer! See you then:)
