Everything was bang on cant fault this place got to be one of the cleanest places we have stayed in.

absolutely nothing

Very clean and modern. We booked 2 of the king size rooms and they were both perfect, well maintained and very comfortable. Coffee, water and crisps were a nice touch. The property is in a great location, close to all the Blackpool attractions. The guy who checked us in was super friendly and helpful. This is the only place we would stay in now while visiting Blackpool.

There were quite a few stairs which my sister struggled to get up and down as she has arthritis in her foot and knee. This was an oversight on my part when booking the accommodation. I didn't think about the implications of her getting around as I have always stayed in hotels and just assumed there would be a lift. However I do think if I had raised this issue with the host he would have tried to be as accommodating if there was an alternative room for her but I didn't want to cause a fuss.

The host was warm and friendly and carried our cases to our rooms. When I entered the room I loved that not only was there tea, coffee, hot chocolate and water, but there were snacks of crisps and biscuits which were topped up throughout our 2 nights stay. That was a nice added touch. I am a very poor sleeper but the bed was extremely comfortable. The pillows were the right firmness and overall I did sleep pretty well. My sister was also in agreement with her room.

Excellent location close to conference centre, Tower and beach. Clean room with hot drinks making facilities (including hot chocolate!). Crisps and mineral water on arrival. Able to leave and return at all times of the day.

The outside is very welcoming and well kept. Owners were really friendly and welcoming and very helpful. The hallway and stairs were clean and well kept with some great artwork and plenty of leaflets and local information available. Our room was really clean and had everything and more you need for your stay.It was a really warm and cosy room. Great central location but also quiet as well. Plenty of nearby car parks.

The room and the bathroom could have been a little bigger but I chose to take the small room and it was in accordance with the pictures (so I was not disappointed)

The person who welcomed me was very pleasant. The room was small but very functional and well thought out. Same for the bathroom. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. I was going to the Winter garden so the location was very good (5min walk). I would definitely come back !

Stayed for 3 nights for my daughter’s dance competition in Blackpool Tower. Excellent location and the person who greeted us (sorry I didn’t catch if it was Paul or Robert) was lovely and welcoming. Clean room with everything we needed and tea etc restocked every day. Comfy bed! Close to Central car park where parking was easy and good value. Will definitely rebook for future dance comps!

the room was beautiful and spacious, it was clean and my perfect for my two boys and myself, my little boy even got a little present on his pillow when we arrived. There was plenty of coffee and hot chocolate in the room and even some crisps! The owners really had thought of everything and our stay was perfect. A real hidden gem! we will be returning
