My room wasn't on the same floor as the bathroom, so I had to down a flight of stairs at night. But, there were night lights so I could see.

Paul, the host, was very accommodating. Food in the kitchen for breakfast; putting my food in the refrigerator was no problem; using the washer & dryer was fine with him; and if I needed anything, he answered my questions & gave suggestions.

The location was good. Waterworks Park and bus stops just at the top of the road. The owner, Paul, was very friendly. It was like a ‘home from home’ stay.

Walking distance to the city center. Nice and clean bedroom and bathroom! The owner provided some basic things like toast, coffee, tea, oats, jams, etc., to make breakfast in the morning! great stay!

I can’t think of anything.

The attention to detail was remarkable. The kitchen was clean as was all the house. There is parking on the street outside Geographically the house is near the Water works which is a great place to walk or run.

No where to put a suitcase there is room for a bench top at the end of the bed. Carrying a suitcase up 3 flights of stairs. LOL travel light.

Easy access to the city centre. The host was most welcoming and up for a chat. Lying in bed watching and listening to the rain through the skylight.

about this property a lot of things are good, but especially what is great is the attitude of the host, who really cares about comfort of guests and is doing his best to provide excellent level of accommodation. all details matter: we had super clean towels and bed sheets, coffee and bottles of water in our bedroom, a lot of fresh food at the kitchen for preparation of the breakfast, also host provided us with detailed clear instructions how to enter the property with an option of late check-in and allowed luggage storage when needed.

We just had a quick visit for one night. But it was a beautiful property. A quick bus from the city. Super comfortable and great facilities. The owner is lovely and happy to help, and very generously has food and drinks that you can use in the house. The room has a TV with Netflix and the bed is extremely comfortable. Would definitely stay again when I'm in Belfast.

The property was immaculate. The room was spacious, the bed was so cosy. The bathroom was clean with hot water and towels available. The location was excellent. Food available for breakfast in the kitchen. Café Cheoil nearby - well worth a visit. Cassidys Bar around the corner for food and a pint. Top class host 👏

Houses having thin walls where you can hear other guests moving but was specified before hand. Not to be blamed if you know what to be expected.and the price not exorbitantly big for what it offers .

The owner was super super nice.He's so friendly and amazing person. I was the only guest when I stayed there and had a super quiet and comfortable night. The rooms and public areas were kept clean and comfortable. The washing machine was free to use and breakfast was very good with bread, eggs and cereal. It is possible to buy salads and chicken from the supermarket and arrange your own breakfast for a cheaper price. In winter, the bathroom gets a bit cold, but I have a separate stove in your own room, which keeps the room warm and comfortable, although it takes some time.

Great host with excellent facilities, extras like complimentary breakfast, pizzas and beers was a great bonus, host very friendly and willing to go extra miles with early access and luggage storage. Very comfy beds Would def stay again
