A lovely guest house, the rooms are modern, clean and have all the facilities you could need. It is in a superb location on Ocean Road, close to all the amenities, the metro station and seafront. The full english breakfast is excellent and comes with cereals, toast and hot and cold drinks. Absolutely brilliant value for money!

A warm welcome and a lovely room. Well decorated with good facilities, including a fridge. Close to both the town and the beach, I had everything I needed for a great stay. Would definitely visit again :)

The room we had was a little small. However everything was extremely comfortable. Two big people or people with lots of luggage might find the room we had a little cramped.

Rez is a very attentive host and took the trouble to make sure we were comfortable. The bed and shower were very good and there was a complimentary box of chocolates provided plus tea and coffee etc. It was very helpful having a fridge in the room and Rez provided fresh milk. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. There was plenty of storage for clothes for the few nights we were there. The location is great - handy for the beach, shops and interchange. We were in a room at the back so had no problem with noise, apart from the gulls in the morning which can't be helped. We could hear other guests going in and out but it wasn't disturbing at all. Rez helped us with transporting luggage upstairs and was kind enough to let us leave our luggage for a few hours after checkout on our last day. We would definitely stay again.

Just had a fab stay at this b&b wanted for nothing was extremely clean and modern and the owner was willing to go the extra mile for any thing nothing was too much trouble highly recommended will be booking again 😁😁

Availability of parking. However, that is not to the detriment of Beechwood Guest House. It is how it is on Ocean Road with any form of accommodation. Apart from that I can't think of anything. If I was being really unreasonably fussy, maybe: The orientation of the bed to the tv, No heating in the en-suite, so very cold. But I will put the caveat that the guest house on the whole certainly exceeded our expectations.

Size of the room, Facilities in the room, Additional small additions to the room (cotton buds, makeup pads, sponge to wash cups etc), Location - although Ocean Road is a busy road full of restaurants etc. The guest house being where it is means there was very little disturbance from outside, The very helpful gent running the establishment, Helpfulness of those at the Establishment, Choice of tea brands, Fridge in the room,

There wasn't anything I disliked about the property.

The rooms are beautiful and have anything you could think of needing in them! Rez was a great host, really friendly and kind and willing to help out with anything. Perfect location for accessing the town/the beach and plenty of parking nearby. We'd definitely stay here again in the future.
