Not the easiest to find for the first time (although hosts provided with a map which helped and made things a lot easier) and getting in/out in the car was slightly tricky. Other than that can’t think of any valid criticism!

Really nice modern set up. Annex was well kept and easily accessible down side of house. Lots of light in the room but with black out blinds as well so easy to make the room as light as you want during the day and dark as you want at night. Big fridge/freezer to store basics in if needed as well as kettle/microwave and accompanying kitchenware, all spotless. Hosts were excellent. Spoke to them a few days before arrival and they were very friendly and accommodating. Recommended some local places as well. Location was great with easy access to the motorway and also local amenities.

The property was very homely and cosy! The hosts were absolutely lovely and so hospitable! From the moment we got there to the moment we left, everything was great! The room was very spacious, the amenities for us in the room was lovely and the place felt like it was home from home. Thank you so much for letting us stay!

If I am to be super critical, we struggled to work out how to use the tv and coffee machine but got there in the end. Maybe an instruction manual would have been helpful?

It was really close to the metro station to travel into Manchester City centre and it had off road parking for my stay. The hosts were very helpful too.

Geoff and Paula were so welcoming. We arrived a bit early and the place was ready which we weren't expecting, it was better than the photo's. The bed was so comfy, I didn't want to get up the next day.

The property was very well maintain and quiet. It was gorgeous. Access to tv, internet and the kitchen was very helpful. Had access to the garden if we wanted some fresh air. Had fresh cold water ready for us. Owners were very helpful with amazing intel for the area and greeted us with a smile. Only stayed for a night but would definitely stay again and for a longer duration of time.

Not much to not like here. I guess lack of laundry machine might be an issue for some.

Very modern studio. Very comfortable and clean. The hosts were wonderful going well out of their way to help us with all our needs. The location is close to metro train and many restaurants and pubs. We would happily stay here again.

There wasn't anything we didn't like

Would highly recommend staying here if you come to Manchester. The hosts are extremely friendly and provided us with all we need for our trip. They even gave us umbrellas when it started to rain. They also gave us extra flip-flops to wear at home because my brother had forgotten his. Extremely comfortable room and a private entrance to the annex. Wifi was provided, water was provided, coffee, tea and fruits. The hosts were also so kind to offer us to get us anything we need because they were going shopping. As I said I highly recommend staying here!

The hosts Paula and Geoff are great, very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is located close to the motorway network, so it allowed for quick and easy access to drive around the Manchester area. The private annex gives you total freedom and you can park on the private owners driveway. The annex is totally private, modern and ultra clean. You have a separate shower room/bathroom and your own kitchen area too as well as a patio area. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very conveniently situated near to a tram stop which took only 20 minutes into Manchester. But the accommodation itself was so comfortable and quite luxurious really. Lovely bed and bedding, lots of towels and just a really well thought out apartment with every convenience you could wish for. The hosts were so kind, friendly and accommodating just a really great place to stay. Couldn’t rate it highly enough.
