Bathroom could do with updating and some curtains for the kitchen window.

Nice and clean Caravan that has everything you need spent the weekend there and it was great nice a spacious. Loved the location to the beach literally 2 min walk, really enjoyed having a coffee there in the mornings not to far to walk to the main strip where fantasy island, markets and arcades. I would stay here again.

It was a 6 berth caravan but we take up lots of room so fab for two and use the second room as a changing room ! If I had to find fault it would be lack of wifi but sometimes that's a GOOD thing right ?

The sound of the waves on the balcony. there were heaters in every room as it was quite chilly in the mornings. Coffee and tea was provided in the caravan. The host was very friendly and helpful. Car parking was right next to the caravan. The site was kept very clean and tidy and it was quiet. The beach was literally next door. and fantasy island with all the rides and shops just a walk down the road. Great place to have a kids scooter to get around on as nice and flat. Butlins nextdoor and you can get day passes. Hot water on tap and an interesting shower you can sit in :-)

The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom sponge toilet seat & there was loads of little spiders in the shower apart from that everything was spot

I loved the inside of the caravans living room & kitchen the location was spot on beach right on the door step owner was very nice & friendly van had everything you needed the neighbours was friendly I would definitely stay in the van again was like home from home

Caravan was dirty,TV didn't work,bin had mould in it,rug covered in dog hair,smelt of dog,pans had to be washed before use, microwave no glass plate and bottom inside rusty,mattress and quilt still in plastic felt like sleeping in a crisp packet.

The host was unhelpful and seemed to have a problem trusting people. I had to persuade her to give me the key code the day before we left as she felt this was too early; the beds were covered in horrible cold uncomfortable plastic as if she didn't trust us to keep them clean, (making it v hard to sleep) and to top it all she called us after we left to try to claim a damage deposit telling us that we had left it in "a disgusting state" which was patently untrue as we had left it exactly as we had found it, and had made a point of wiping down sufaces etc. This seemed like a ruse to get more money and was a pain to fight. Steer clear!

The location was great, really close to the sea and a quick drive to Skegness. The caravan was reasonably priced.

When we arrived the property wasn’t cleaned, myself and my wife spent a couple of hours giving it a good clean. It hadn’t seen a duster for a while and needed a good Hoover and clean. Toothpaste left in sink etc. The owner did apologise and said they would send over some cleaners, by the time they turned up we were almost finished. Little concerned definitely with all COVID-19 regulations.

The property was in a very poor state and very unclean. There was also no electricity and despite trying to resolve this me and my partner had to leave after 4 hours of being there. We did not stay and would like a full refund. This caravan was not as sold in the advert.

The caravan site was nice.
