Absolutely nothing to comment here as we loved our stay.

We loved our stay at beau rivage, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was more like a little apartment and the self catering option was perfect for our needs, the hotel is in the most perfect location and is very clean and well maintained. They even have a play room for the children which is lovely.

Elizabeth, the host was very helpful and knowledgeable giving advice and ideas. The hotel was spotless and the rooms were cleaned frequently. The sea views were lovely.

We really enjoyed our stay. Elizabeth and staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The room was spotlessly clean and suited our needs perfectly. We travelled with a 1 year old baby and it was so easy staying here. Great to have a little playroom in the building too. The best bit of the stay were the amazing views as the apartments are looking directly out onto the beach.

Poor sound insulation. Noise from other rooms and outside a bit disturbing. Private car park often full so had to pay to park in public car park 50m away. Lift was not "under maintenance" - judging by the reviews it hasn't worked for a long time. Kitchen chairs very uncomfortable and sofa was saggy in the middle.

Excellent location. Spacious suite with separate lounge and kitchen. Bathroom clean and fresh, shower very good, (but note it is over the bath and you have to step into the bath, so not great for people with agility problems). Extractor fan in bathroom best I've ever encountered. Convenient nest of tables in lounge. TVs in bedroom and lounge (didn't use either). Good sized table in kitchen, large fridge-freezer. Microwave looks new (didn't use). Small dishwasher much appreciated.

Nothing we loved it all!

Everything, the location and venue is beautiful. The facilities are great, Elizabeth and her colleague were just wonderful, so kind, helpful and simply A star. We will definitely come back, this venue is perfect for kids with its very close proximity to the beach and its self contained play room full of toys. Thank you Elizabeth for all you did for us!

Nothing wrong about the property, but only disadvantage about this area - very limit restaurant and shop.

A lovely place to stay - only 15 mins away from airport. The hotel manager being very warm and friendly to welcome me and my friends to stay (I tell you this the best host ever!) the apartment are huge and clean, they provide everything you need in the apartment. The hotel are right next to beautiful beach.

That I couldn't stay longer or give more stars

If I could give this more stars I would. The view was absolutely unbelievable. The apartment was so much bigger than we expected and the staff went completely above and beyond at every opportunity. It was right on the beach, right near the bus stop and the reception staff were happy to book us taxis if needed. The bed was incredibly comfy and the bath was just lovely after a day walking. The true stars of Beau Rivage were the staff. We had our 6 month old daughter with us and they helped woth our pram, helped us up to the room, gave us shopping bags. They also left a nice glass of wine for us both in the room too. They couldn't have been more friendly and we were honestly, blown away.

The lift was out of service which was slightly inconvenient.

The location is amazing with a gorgeous view of St Brelade Bay. It was very convenient having a kitchen and the extra space as we were travelling with a toddler. The playroom downstairs is a lovely addition and the staff were very accommodating providing a highchair and cot.

As we arrived on the day of Storm Ciaran, we struggled to find food. The basic essentials were included in the apartment but some bread & butter would have been very welcome. It was very exceptional circumstances though.

Just returned from the most fabulous stay at Beau Rivage, Elisabeta and her team are the most wonderful hosts. Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel so incredibly welcome. The view from the balcony was especially stunning, those sunsets, wow! We couldn't have asked for more and will be returning to the beautiful Beau Rivage asap! Thank you for such a memorable break.
