Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Living area and kitchen decent size and double bedroom close to fantasy island and a good caravan site to stay on caravan was very clean as well.

United KingdomOn arrival caravan was disgusting and not cleaned.The owners were emailed on the Friday when we arrived and still no response. Inside the oven,the seating area and bedding were full of dog hairs . The windows had finger prints and dog slaver on them, looked as though they haven't been cleaned for months. There was muck and dust on the floor not even seen a mop and the plates,cups and cutlery were minging we had to go buy bleach and cleaning products as this caravan was fit to use . Had to buy takeaway for the entire stay as the oven was not fit for use . The toilet had poo stains at the bottom and the brush exactly the same . After a bleach the toilet came up clean . Dog poo bags outside of caravan and not picked up just thrown underneath. The worst caravan we have ever stayed in if there was a zero they would be getting that 0 . I would avoid booking this caravan if you want to enjoy your stay in ingoldmells . These are not harsh comments it's the truth it was shocking if we hadn't of travelled nearly 3 hrs we would of gone back home

United KingdomIf anything television was very tinny but we don't go for that anyway. So nothing bad at all
Lovely little van in great place, a little noisy at night with club across road just in case you have children. Close to shop and laundry and bus routes to skeg and Ingoldmells if bad on feet.cherry tree pub and summer lands just up the drive from caravan. Great value for money, good interaction with owners
