The inn is very nice located in a quiet area in a beautiful 1500's estate.

Absolutely fine , Breakfast was absolutely fine except on the second day the cook breakfast was very slightly dry.

Unable to stream phone to TV. Lack of channel choice. No temperature control in the room. The room was too hot, had to have window wide open.

The staff where really helpful and proffesional. Unfortunately l trapped my finger in my car boot on arrival. The staff where really concerned and in no time they gave me a load of ice to help the bruising on my finger. It did the trick, it hardly bruised. My room was of a very high standard. The bath room was lovely, l decided to have a good soak in the lovely bath to relax. I will certainly head back when l am next in the area.

Please paint the lovely old front door very very sticky and worn where people touch not a great first impression.

TV in the room was a bit weird to work. Minor complaint and wasn't that bothered by it!

Very nice hotel. Flying visit, so no time to really enjoy the facilities - will have to go back! Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast staff were a little unenthusiastic and not very attentive. Lots of dirty plates and mess everywhere

on the booking form it said the room had aircon but it doesn't and the tiny fan didn't work at first but the room was still hot and uncomfortable when i asked i was told the room dost have air con so dont put it on the booking info

Sleep cut short by cars spinning around the in the gravel car park of the Spa about 5.00 a.m. Maybe a good idea to shut the gate overnight.

The Wi-Fi was very hit and miss. Be good to also be able to use the smart tv services and not just the free view channels. Also if they had info booklets about the hotel in the room would be good so you don’t have to ring reception to find out times of breakfast and spa etc

The Spa was not open

Breakfast was good bed was comfortable shower room was good cleanliness excellent staff very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the spa wasn’t open and we were unaware of this booked. We had a choice of two hotels the other had a swimming pool and would have chosen this if we had realised the spa wasn’t open. We received several emails regarding our booking with no mention regarding the spa.

Used to serve a freshly cooked breakfast but have now switched to a hot buffet. This was a differentiator for me but no longer sets it apart.

Room was quite small and incredibly hot (no air con or fan). Bar was expensive. Staff didn’t tell us about spa use when we checked in so we only knew we could make use of that facility through other guests. I also communicated directly with staff by email ahead of making my booking and was disappointed not to receive a comprehensive response.

Fabulous time spent relaxing in the spa. Spa facilities were excellent and staff very professional. Good food in the restaurant, beautiful grounds, clean and nicely decorated bedroom and ensuite bathroom.

Our room was quite noisy. Could hear people banging above us and walking past room early in the morning.
