This property was spotless and felt like home from home. It’s ideally situated for exploring the surrounding areas. The site itself was perfect and our grandchildren enjoyed having a pool on site.

I thought there is too many pillows, but presume that is a personal choice and they could have been easily stored away.

We find stays in caravans very convenient and here at Bayview we had all we asked for. I always read reviews so there were no surprises for us and all was as expected.I liked the en-suite to double bed room, the park pool was very close. Susan was very helpful and even though we arrived in dark, we found the chalet quickly. We did not struggle with parking, which was great when we went out and about. Kitchen was well equipped too.

Sofa seats and rugs a little tired. Were worried about using stools as very wobbly. Would have been helpful to have had a sheet informing us what dvd to use and where to find bins, that there was one for general and one for recycling.

Well stocked kitchen. Excellent water pressure. Powerful shower. Good to have radiators. Nice to have an en-suite to main bedroom. Lovely balcony with wonderful view of Brixham. Good location for swimming pool and club house but not too near. Very quiet site. Lots of lovely cushions making the seating area comfortable.

Superb communication from a very attentive and lovely owner. Great memories made from wonderful local attraction recommendations- Thankyou! Pretty flowers, welcome drinks & biscuits, fabulous shower and the kids loved the on-site pool (need to book from 7pm the night before online). Good value for money, 100% recommend ❤️

Had to retune tv. Felt a bit cold the first night. Gas ran out.

Views of Dartmoor and the Bay. Narcissi planted all around the balcony. Quiet. Close to car parking area. Hot, powerful shower. Drinks and snacks on arrival. Attentiveness of hosts. Equipment within. Free crazy golf. Well stocked and reasonably priced shop on site.

Main double bed was too soft for us but this is a really minor point.

The property was very clean and well stocked with everything you need for a holiday home. Location was great with a fantastic view and not overlooked at all. The outdoor patio area would be fantastic on a sunny day. Great communication from the owners at all times. We’ve stayed at many Brixham properties over the years and this is by far the best, it’ll be the first place we look at for future visits.

Nothing to add here, everything was brilliant.

Amazing location with a little terrace on the hill, so you see a lovely panorama. Bus stop, launderette, playground, pool, coastal paths - just few meters away. Lots of sightseeing options in the area. Helpful owner. Had an amazing holiday!!

Not suitable for a toddler - lots of decorative nik naks dotted about, balcony furniture metal & glass, no proper chair to attach travel high chair to. Pale curtains in bedroom window let a lot of light through. Slight musty damp smell throughout although Mostly clean but odd areas of dirt, cupboards sticky.

Good position on site, very quiet. Great facilities available on site although didn't use so can't comment on them. Shop very good and well stocked.
