We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdom..... the only thing negative was the shower was abit slow to get hot but that's being extremely picky as the reception was onit as soon as I told them she had it hot and sorted in no time
Everything Spa was amazing. The outdoor pool was amazing and hot! Bedroom was amazing in the imperial suite it seemed to be bigger than most other rooms Underfloor heating in the bathroom was amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful when needed Overall the whole grounds was amazing Already planning on coming back It's also close enough to walk into town but tucked up out the way Would like to thank and congratulate all the staff from reception to the spa even the house keeping! All 5 star + rating

United KingdomWe were given a room that may not have been used often as it was on its own in a section of the hotel that was not heated at night. In our opinion this room should never been allocated. After complaining we were moved to another room that was lovely and we were compensated as well.

The room was large and comfy. Nice breakfast, friendly staff, great spa, nice grounds and short walk into town centre.

United KingdomPoor management. We arrived to no concierge who apparently had decided to just not show up, which continued the duration of our stay. The young lady in reception while extremely competent and dealt with the whole situation calmly and professionally, even though having quite a few grumbling guests waiting for attention. What annoyed me was the fact that management had not seen this and put at least one other person on reception and at least later in the stay found someone to cover the concierge and valet duties. Every visit to the colonnade bar resulted in a ten to fifteen minute wait followed by a trip to reception to enquire about any service in the bar. Please do not misunderstand me, once there the staff were excellent. This is purely to bring very poor management to light.

United KingdomI booked the Deluxe Double Room with Garden View which was a lovely large room, decorated as expected but the things that were a little frustrating: The windows are locked shut bar a few CM which when it's hot is not at all helpful, there is aircon but I am not sure it really works very well, so the rooms are very warm. I asked to be put in a quiet room away from the housekeeping closet, bar, stairs etc. and I was very disappointed to see our room was the one literally next door to the house keeping closet, it was so noisy that my partner had to step outside the next morning and ask them to stop banging the door - I know they have work to do but it was just not what we wanted at all. They were also taking down a marquee which meant out "garden view" room was looking out on a van with workmen and yelling / noise all morning - Thankfully we were there for work so headed out but if I was there to relax would have asked to have been moved!
Stunning hotel within calm and green grounds, and a short walk into Bath City Centre. I booked the Deluxe Double Room with Garden View which was a lovely large room, decorated as expected, lovely bathroom. Free Parking (which is like gold dust in Bath!) Lovely staff Overall great stay and will be back again soon whilst we are working in Bath.

Although the room was fine, I would not rate it as Deluxe Food was for a 5* hotel very poor - staff always appeared stretched at breakfast times and we frequently had to ask for coffee, etc. Staff generally friendly

CanadaLong steep walk up the driveway from the main road. 15-20 min walk to main city centre. Hotel has a recommended taxi service from a front desk App. Bathroom showing its age in places. Still very functional. Toilet placed directly beside bathroom door making door closing slightly difficult.
