The location was gorgeous. It was only a short stroll to the city centre and very quiet and tranquil. In the afternoon we could sit by the water and enjoy a wine in the quiet. Loved the family dog and cat who visited every morning and night for a chat and a snack. Beautiful atmosphere great facilities

Perfect little ground floor apartment in a beautiful location with Bath Town centre just a 15 minute walk away. The apartment was very clean and very well stocked with kitchen ware, towels, cleaning products, etc. We couldn't have asked for more and loved it so much that we'll definitely be returning.

A real gem, tucked away down a residential street, right on the banks of The Avon. Well appointed, compact enough to accommodate a 6'4" Yorkshireman and his tall family with ease, and full of character. An historic site and the family are rightly proud of that history. We made use of the free ride by motor cruiser in to town on only one occasion, simply because it's literally a 15 minute walk from the door of Toad Hall to the Pulteney Bridge. And because of the closeness to the city, we parked the car in the car park when we arrived, and there it sat till the day we left. Didn't use it once. Everything, EVERYTHING, is provided, bedding, copious towels, basic store cupboard essentials to get your first brew on. There is a convenience store about 6 minutes away, which has all the basics one might need. We met the managing director Meme, the chief operating officer Pearl, but the boat yard superintendent Nelly was busy on the day she was out. You'll probably find Pearl curled up on the settee if the door is open, and Meme is able to smell a biscuit at a thousand yards. In case you're wondering, these are the wonderful cat and dogs that reside at the Boat Station, and who are integral to its being! Pearl is the coolest cat, Meme is the gruffest looking Lurcher, but has a heart of gold, and Nelly is a slick Staffy with all the energy you can muster, and then some. To Bath itself. 4 days isn't enough to really immerse oneself in it, so we'll be going back again next year. Where will we be staying? Toad Hall of course.

We revisited after 5 years and everything that made us want to return delivered again. The view from the patio is beautiful. Loved our daily visits from Pearl and Alfred. We were both in desperate need of downtime and this gave us everything we needed. We have already booked again for next year

Lovely location. Staff very friendly. We stopped in the garden room which was very spacious and comfortable and had its own kitchenette and outside gazebo. We caught the free boat service into Bath which was a lovely start to our day. It was only a 15 minute walk back. If you’re looking for somewhere relaxing, friendly and picturesque to stay this is the place!

It was a small apartment but newly fitted out. It didn’t have a river view but that was fine as it was only a short walk around the property to the riverside. It was very clean and had a fitted kitchen. It was only 1km to the centre of Bath and you can leave your car in the car park for the whole of your stay.

LuLu was a lovely host and her dog Meme who came to visit us daily along with the resident cat made quite an impact at breakfast by the river 😺 We will definitely be coming back soon

Perhaps a small bottle of milk rather than little pots. But I’ve had to really think hard for anything negative to say.

Excellent communications and instruction how to locate and gain access to the room were emailed the day before arrival and a phone call was also made. The gardens were beautiful and the scent from the lilies was beautiful. Bed very comfortable. Shower very good power and heat. Easy walk into town. Peaceful location.

Beautiful accommodation, and location, the owners were really lovely people, made us feel at home, we had a free hour to row down the river, which was hilarious, and we were able to catch the boat in the mornings into bath for free, which was a bonus we have had an amazing few days making new memories
