Excellent location, close to tubes, shops, restaurants and very quiet area. Staff were really friendly and happy to help with directions, suggestions of things to see etc. Very clean and comfy room. Really enjoyed my stay!

Clean, comfortable room in London townhouse hotel, with useful little kitchen (sink, fridge, microwave, crockery and cutlery). Excellent shower. Rather small king/twin room but probably standard for London. Very helpful and obliging staff. Useful M&S Food store 5 mins walk away.

A loud family with (screaming) children staying in the room opposite mine. This was my fourth stay at this hotel. I had the same problem on my second stay (different loud family with children, though…..). No idea why parents with young children book a hotel. Anyway, this has nothing to do with the quality of the hotel, which is good!

Very friendly and helpful staff!! Good size room! Clean. Comfortable bed. Short walk (about 4 minutes) to the nearest tube station, Earl’s Court. This was my fourth stay; I will certainly come again.

The room was small, but that was expected as it's the way it was advertise on their site. But we didn't spend much time in the room, so that didn't matter. But make sure you check the listing if that sort of thing is important to you.

The staff is extremely responsive, professional and friendly. The location was great, a short walk to 2 different tube stations. A few nice pubs and breakfast places right nearby. They have a happy hour from 6-7 in the lobby where you can get a free drink.

The bathroom shower / tub is high. Quite dangerous for older people to get in and out of shower.

Rooms were a little smaller than expected with limited sitting/table for any kind of dining -- a desk chair and desk??

Wonderful location for the Underground connections to all over London and for day trips outside London. The Resident Kensington is very close to many restaurants and cages, an S & M market, and Boots. Having a kitchenette was an asset. The staff is welcoming and helpful!

Safe, quiet neighborhood with plenty of restaurants nearby. Cute neighborhoods to walk through. Loved the afternoon happy hour - free wine and a chance to talk to other travelers.

The hotel itself is lovely, very warm and cosy. As a solo traveler the room fit me just fine, and having a kitchenette at my disposal was priceless. The bed was very comfortable, some people may find it too small for 2. The neighborhood is also very quiet and friendly if traveling on your own.

We were celebrating my husband’s 50th birthday and we had some surprise guests arrive for the event. I asked for the staff discretion and requested they decorate the room. We arrive to a beautifully decorated room and an exceptionally pleasant team. Victoria was a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend this hotel

A little tight in the room with 3 beds and the 3rd bed was a little short. Some more drawers in room and extra hooks for towels in bathroom and coats in room would be good.

The hotel is very nicely situated, near the tube but on a quiet street. The rooms are not large, but clean, well organized and very comfortable. We loved the little nook to make tea and coffee. Good soundproofing as well, we did not hear our neighbors at all.
