Great location. The room was excellent for the price. Bunk Beds were clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything required for cooking. The shared bathroom was very clean and had a good shower and a washing machine. The venue downstairs was really great, amazing nights of different entertainment. Bar staff were lovely. The outdoor beer garden was nice. This is an excellent place to stay for the location, remember there's live music in the evening which can be heard upstairs in the rooms. Didn't bother us due to watching the performances / bands, which was a great addition to our stay. My teenage son had such a great experience, listening to various kinds of music. The accommodation is cleaned daily. Excellent communication with Dan who manages the accommodation. Definitely would stay again for a couple of days.

Contacted management to order towels several times and never got a reply! It is noisy from the club below and street noise but this is to be expected, take ear plugs!

Quite noisy due to the location many people queuing outside to get into clubs and leaving clubs which is too be expected in the location. Noise also due to others staying in room next door and hearing them getting up and moving around as walls very thin But didn't bother us excessively. We booked as we were attending a hen night wouldn't book if you are wanting an early nightww

The decorating needs to be re done, very sloppy in places. We also got locked out because the cleaners took our key from the secure lock box and didn't replace it. This could have been a little difficult if we didn't realise until the early hours. We were at an event that went on until late. It was only by chance that we popped back to the accommodation early as we had forgotten something.

The location was perfect, and the view was stunning. The apartment was great and big enough for 5 adults to share.

We went in 4 and took the 4 beds room which wasn’t that bad but was not clean, we asked for towels three times as you have to rent them but we had never received one we had to buy them. Is a sharing situation so is always random but we felt like was many people going in and out.

The location is basically on the harbour which is the center of the little city so is amazing.

We booked as a group of 8 and it was pretty tight in the living area with the two sofa beds next to each other. The worse thing was it was so hot in the living area so some air conditioning would have been amazing. Especially as there were signs to say you must have windows closed after 8pm, staff will enter if they are open!

Location was central, we were fortunate that the bar down below was closed at the time so quiet at night. It was clean and well presented. Good value for money. Easy to access. Separate rooms were comfortable. Shower was great and kitchen was well equipped.

The overall security of the premises didn't feel adequate for a lone traveler. As it's above a music venue, I was expecting a higher than usual level of noise into the night. But it did interfere with peaceful enjoyment at points.

Breakfast was not included, but there was a well equipped kitchen if you wanted to make your own. Bedroom was clean, but very basic. The location was central for access to shops, restaurants and transport.

Smelled odd - room & bedding smelled stale. Mattress was not comfortable - you could feel the springs coming through. Considering the facilities (bathroom & kitchen) we're shared, and there was no TV in the room, and that it was off season, it was quite expensive)

very flimsy / cheap bunk beds . not really suitable for adults .. every time my mate on the bunk bed turned over the whole bed shook and woke me up . Also the fire alarm fault beeping all night !

the hot water was a little difficult to get going but a warm shower was more than fine for me.

The bedroom was a bit small for two people and the mattress went up on both sides. The noise (which we were warned about) finished just after midnight, however the street cleaners started at 5!

Was not sent the check in details so was outside with another couple trying to get in for about 45min. Sent some messages on the app and did get a response, the person apologised as they had been to a funeral and had forgotten to send the check in details, this was about the same time two ladies came and sorted the keys out so we could access our room, but this had caused a lot of stress at the time. No milk as stated there was, so I had to buy some from the coop, was very stressed as had spent a good bit of time trying to get in the flat so didn't want to go and find someone to get milk for me, easier to just go and get it myself. It's in the folder and we were told when the ladies came that there was 10% off food and drink if purchased in the venue below the flat, which we were going to do but when we went down at 17:30 the doors were still locked, the sign said it opened at 17pm. So ended up going somewhere else for food. We did go back later and had cheaper entry into the venue to see the band, the young man on the door didn't seem to know what we were talking about when we said this to him. So again as it was very busy and loud didn't bother asking for the 10% discount on the drinks as we just didnt want to have to explain to a different bar person every time we wanted a drink and so far our experience was more effort than we wanted, would be a good idea to have cards that can be handed to bar/door staff so they know the discounts as no one seemed to know what was happening.

Beautiful building, room was lovely, mattress brilliant good night's sleep, loved the shower, kitchen facilities really good. Cheaper ticket into the venue down stairs to see the band which was brilliant. WiFi really good. Cornish bank stay

quite noisy at night till 1am due to the pubs downstairs. and birds are noisy early in the morning like 5am. we have booked a family room, but only 1 towel is provided. the family room include a double bed and a sofa bed but there is no bed lining and duvet provided for the sofa bed.

located at high street of the lively and lovely town which has many choices for food. carpark nearby at reasonable price. close to a few attractions such as National Maritime Museum and Pendennis Castle.
