There was nothing to dislike. Did take a while to get checked in as no one seemed to be answering the door but that didnt spoil anything.

Lovely room with excellent facilities. Projector screen and cinema seats a lovely touch.

Plug socket for kettle needs to be nearer. Swap the telephones round with the dresser to be nearer suggestion. !!

Location perfect across the road from the main prom walk and beach. Great sea view in room 101. Great artwork praise to the artist. Staff couldn't do enough for us. Great welcome on checking & out.

It was really funky, every detail wasn’t missed, it had a cool projector and projector screen above the bed aswell as a television, provided with a load of dvds and normally channels on the actual tv. The pillows were really nice and comfortable

Quiet area but a nice walk to all the bars, attractions and everything really. Staff on the front desk were polite, helpful and very friendly. Car park literally 3 buildings down, a minute walk.

Hotel nice needs a few tweeks  I have written to you several times.I was there to arrange my mothers funeral . I booked to stay until May 16 I paid for that I left on May 15 the owners of the hotel said they would honour me being refunded 1 night . Can you please comfirm one night refund Thank you

Bunk bed needs better security (top bunk) as because mattered is thick it’s easier to fall out from it. It was Very hot but it was only 21* can’t imagine what it will be like when it’s warmer outside. Definitely need thinker duvet and top sheet. We stayed in family room and looked like some other geyser been writing in the wall, stickers of the wall coming off.

It all looked pretty new and clean. Easy to find.

It was so beautiful, very clean attention to detail was next level, we loved every minute of our stay, beds were very comfy, staff were very nice and attentive, very close to everything not a far walk from the north pier. Very easy check in online, we will definitely be staying here again this has become our new favourite place to stay in Blackpool. Thank you very much.

The property is kept to a very high standard. The bedding and towels are amazing . The room was freshly decorated and had great feel to it . The staff are very friendly and helpful I would definitely recommend this property with out a doubt. We will be visiting again .

the hole experience was fantastic we travel to Blackpool at least 6 times a year also every other weekend were all over the country as we follow the northern soul scene so were allways in B&Bs and after 6 years of traveling this is one of the best accommodations we have staid in so far were looking forward to staying there when were next in Blackpool the brilliant staff even kept the young farmers in check they was so quiet we would have never guess they were there

The only downside really was that we booked a disabled room as my partner is disabled and unable to walk too good and the room was up 3 flights of stairs and the lift was out of order.

It was in perfect location for where we wanted to go,room was clean bed very comfortable. The room was very hot and couldn't open window but when I told the staff member he brought a fan which was really appreciated.

I’ve been coming to Blackpool for nearly 30 years and this is by far the best B&B I have ever stayed in this hotel on its own. Could stand in central London and would not look out of place. The attention to detail on the rooms, the hallway the decor every single part of the hotel was exceptional clean and tidy 10 out of 10.
