Hosts were amazing. Very comfy bed, had a good sleep. Loved meeting the cute dogs also! Friendly, peaceful atmosphere. Room was clean and well equipped. We'll definitely be staying again!

Just one tiny point, we were a little concerned about the toaster being on the draining board near to the sink & taps. A bit of a hazard. Might be better if possible to locate it on a small table under the TV. It would also then be handy at breakfast time to pop it in while sitting at the drop down table. Just a suggestion but it is a bit of a hazard where it is. Just a suggestion.

We travel to Woking 2-3 times a year to visit family and friends usually staying at the 2 big budget chains. However we got fed up with them with their wildly fluctuating prices, unsatisfactory stays on more that one occasion. We looked for an alternative and we really are SO pleased we came across Arlington. What we needed was a comfortable place to stay with some cooking facilities, relievedly peaceful, heating that worked and a general feeling of a home from home -all of which were lacking in whole or part in the other places we used before. The room is not big but not little either but the set up has made the space really well used without feeling it is cluttered. SO main points really friendly helpful lovely hosts. Not intrusive but there if we needed them. Good provision to do a continental breakfast with really good thoughtful range of items. Just perfect for what we needed. Really nice bathroom. Heating was just right Bed was really comfy. No table but in keeping with how well they have used the space a bureau with a drop down front that was perfect for breakfast. Having lived in Woking for a number of years we know how bad the are is for hard water. They obviously have a water softener installed which which was much appreciated esp as we are used now to the wonderful soft water in W Cornwall! Although backing on to a busy road, it was quiet with only minimal traffic noise.. Good facilities for limited cooking, fridge, Microwave with convection oven, ,2 hotplates, sink. NIce TV with good range on channels, free wifi with fast connection. It not only fulfilled what we needed buy exceed them. Stayed 4 nights. LOCATION There are local shops within walking distance and some take-aways. Bus stop about 5-7 walk away with buses to Woking town centre and also to Guildford (2 routes, and Camberley) Not as frequent as when we lived in that area but reasonably adequate. Buses go Woking station so handy if going on a day out by train to London etc

Not really a big problem for us, but the driveway security light kept illuminating through the night? (Was visible through the curtains) Possibly needs adjustment? :)

I like everything 😀

Such a lovely room and atmosphere,I like the uniqueness and simplicity. Most especially the nice paintings on the wall. Jenny and Bryan were the perfect hosts. I felt like staying for longer!🫣 Breakfast was simple but nice, I love the nice little bathroom. It's better than some hotels, and thanks, Jenny, for dropping me off . I will surely be back 😀

There was nothing we disliked.

The hosts were lovely with us. Very keen to make sure we had the best experience possible. This included providing some additional special breakfast items that were particularly important for my wife. Very much appreciated by both of us.. Excellent 2 days. This homestay will be our first choice when we go back to the area.
