The room was a little snug, however, as we were out all day it did not matter. The shower was fine though anyone larger would find itr over snug and uncomfortable. The water was hot and at times we found it difficult to regulate it to a less scalding temperature.

The staff were friendly and supportive. The location was superb for travelling around the city. The rooms were clean and the water hot. The room had coffee making facilities and a TV with plenty of choice.

Location is in a lovely area and is central with nice bars and restaurants close by ,staff were nice and I was surprised and delighted that they put our bags ( which we had left on arrival) into our room when it was ready Tthank you , room was a decent size with a nice view of the gardens opposite would stay again

Less than 5 minute walk from the Kings Cross station. Can't get more convenient travel-wise. Check-in was really easy. Just needed a room for the night and it fit the bill. The price was also a good value. Room was TINY and I could barely open my suitcase, but again, if you just need somewhere to rest your head for a night, this will do.

Few random hairs here and there, dust at the back of the TV. Construction nearby but not the fault if the hotel and lucky I was in the back basement level of the property, so the noise didn't affect me at all. Lock on my bathroom door was useless but I was in the room by myself anyway.

Excellent location and bright clean modern rooms! Housekeeping provided extra toilet rolls and bottled water each day. Staff were very helpful in helping me check in and out and help carry luggage to my room. Booked a single bed room but the hotel was lovely enough to give me a room with two single beds with no extra charge. Hotel let me drop my bags off early before check in opened at 2pm, and keep my bags for free after I checked out which allowed me alot of freedom to explore without carrying my bags around.

We wanted to find a place to stay the night before a Eurostar trip from Kings Cross the following morning, without paying too much. This hotel was ideal for us.

The smell of the bathroom was quite terrible. It was noisy around the hotel in the morning.

There was no control over hot and cold in the shower. The shower was scalding. So much so my son couldn’t wash. We were too tired to go ask for help or get it fixed.

Very minor point, but the double glazed window needs replacing. Looked very marked, and the window pane had broken its seal, causing dirty looking condensation between the panes.

Excellent position in London for our needs. Very friendly welcome. 24 hour reception. Nice touch of fruit and bottled water in the room. Lots of electric sockets, which was very useful. Very clean bedroom, comfy bed and lovely clean bathroom. Clever use of a compact space.

I stayed here for one night whilst on a visit to my son who lives in London; then I caught the Eurostar to Paris the following morning. The location was excellent; Just a very short walk to St Pancras Station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They brought my luggage upstairs to my room for me. The room, although small, was very comfortable and clean.

There was no information in the room for internet connection, I was unable to watch the TV channels without signing in. There were no hangers for the hanging rail, and he floor was slightly raised near the kettle.

It was a comfortable room, the bathroom was sufficient, the bedding was clean and there were plenty of plug sockets.

Room had evidence of damp problems. If you want to be really close to St P for just one night, it's a reasonable option, but for a longer visit it's not nice enough (or well-finished enough) that I'd want a longer stay.

Stayed here before an 8am Eurostar, and it's a very convenient location for St Pancras if you just want to be able to walk to the station. Beds were comfortable and the room clean.

Great location tucked away from busy King's Cross/St. Pancras on a lovely little square - you couldn't get more London than this. Every member of staff I encountered was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Always appreciate being able to leave luggage!
