Proximity to ice rink and town centre. Everything you needed was in the property to make for an enjoyable break away with friends.

The property was quite dusty and unclean, the dishwasher had not been unloaded prior to our visit. The shower head was not attached to the bracket so had to be held up by hand. Rubbish was found in the cutlery draw. The bed had two different mattress zipped together so was hard to sleep on as kept falling into the lower mattress

Was very close to the town centre and was easy to check into.

A lot of cannabis smokers in the area, didn’t enjoy the smell of that.

Great location, self catering and laundry facilities. Space for the whole team to be accommodated together. Second time we have used this accommodation and will definitely use again.

Front window was filthy, tv table and kitchen chairs very dusty and bathroom bin had not been emptied. We were also kept awake by a oarty on one night.

was a bit difficult to locate the car parking for the building, but straight forward once located. the apartment was on the top floor of the building and accessed by a steep stairwell, which is difficult if you are not able bodied and should be mentioned somewhere in the booking process as this could be a problem for someone with any difficulties with walking.

One of electrical heaters (in the kitchen) did not work all the days we ere staying there. And it was really cold inside this room cause it was December . All our attempts to get the heater fixed faced ended with just bla-bla-bla. All the persons were extremely polite when contacting me, but every time they were only were asking me the same questions about what was wrong instead of fixing the heater.

Everything was clean and properly arranged. The facilities are a bit old but had ample heating and toiletries provided and the kitchen had all facilities necessary. I also received the deposit bqck on time

The sofa was worn, the beds were of poor quality, bedroom blinds were faulty and did not cover the entire window properly. Curtains are needed to keep the room warmer.

Location, bathroom and kitchen had good facilities and are modern.

The height of the ceiling is lower than a regular flat, making it hot instantly, but you constantly smell the food. The stairs to this flat were many and standard width, making it hard to carry your luggage. The flat is well connected to many places, but it seems that Carlton Road is not a good place to live. The same code for all residents makes it scary. You always think someone is coming inside because everyone uses the same principle. The TV did not have Netflix and other TV services. The coffee machine was there without any coffee pods.

The flat had enough appliances: a big refrigerator, coffee machine, and oven with a washing machine and dryer. The windows face a lovely home on the other side of Carlton Road. The car park on the back door makes it easy to relocate.

It is a 10am check out so if your there for a night out like we were then that isn’t so great. There is a £200 deposit which we were not expecting it to be so big definitely worth highlighting that not everyone has that at the ready. The whole stay was £293 so it’s quite a lot of the total price already. Maybe not contact the booker so much and say if I want to extant my stay to message you but then say no to a 11am check out

It was a poor standard for cleaniness, sofa was dirty , pillows on sofa need to be thrown away really dirty, and the apartment is due a paint fresh up.
