No comfortable chair in room. Bit noisy. Area, Ardoyne, ok but not the best. Bit noisy.

The only thing I would say is that it is great it has amenities to heat food but it would be great to be able to cook food also.

It was in a grand location with shops and places to get food within walking distance. Facilities were good. I had trouble signing in at first and the owner was a great help. It was well heated. Overall I would recommend it as it is very comfortable.

The beds could be better like Primer in beds, and slpery carpet on the stairs. My boyfriend fell down the stairs. And one of the showers wer to hot

Everything suited us perfectly. Had a wonderful time.

Very close to everything...buses, shops , pub, Excellent instructions and information prior to arriving, from Camilla. Excellent facilities and peaceful even though on a main road. Liked having access and safety through number security as opposed to keys. Really enjoyed the area and people so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend. Kitchenette superb and bathroom very clean great hot and water. Everything very clean.

Not meant to use the kitchen stove/ cook things. You are able to heat up pre bought food though, plates, utensils etc provided.

Nice rooms, clean big and two good bathrooms to share. Easy self check in and shops and restaurants very close. Easy to get into city centre by bus

Some wires in hall need securing and fitted through cupboard panel where fridge is but not a problem.

Wish we could boil rice or make noodles especially if one will be staying for long, no grand meals; I get. Not a big fan of packaged rice they legit taste and feel like rubber. This is my own preference.

Very good location. Bus stop is very close to the house and you have all these options for food literally at the back. I also like the fact you didn’t have to wait for someone to give you your keys. I love their system. House is very clean too.

You can hear a lot the other guests in the house and the localization wasn't that close to the center.

For bookers - just to let you know the property is located in the heart of Ardoyne, which is an area that was badly affected by the NI conflict, there's a lot of poverty and tensions still. Keep your head down and wits about you. I didn't realise this before booking/didn't look into it. I am from NI and lived all over including republican west Belfast and loyalist east Belfast so it didn't worry me much, but I will probably investigate the area I book in, more in future. It's an emotionally heavy area and my life and roots in NI are emotionally heavy.

The rooms are great - very comfortable and cosy, and nicely done up. The owners/staff were very informative and helpful.

Great location. Quick and easy to get to the city centre by bus or about 20-30 minute walk if you feel energetic. Right beside the Ardoyne shops with groceries, chippies and other very good takeaways. Rooms and facilities are very clean and comfortable. It's a nice place to stay for an extended visit to Belfast.

Good location near shops, takeaways and buses. Quiet, clean rooms that were quite spacious. Washrooms and kitchen facilities were clean and well equipped. Great place especially if you're staying for several days.

No attached washroom, two washrooms were located upstairs and none downstairs. Location was a bit unsuitable as it was away from the city center.

Even though all rooms had radiators and the heating was on, it was quite cold in the rooms. Also, instead of two blankets, there was only one on the double bed, which was a bit uncomfortable considering we were sleeping in the same bed as friends and not as a couple.

The house is very close to the city centre, the bus stop is only 2 minutes from the house. Quiet neighbourhood, lovely house, spacious rooms, fridge, small but well equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms.

We could hear other guests’ noise from our room and would love to be a bit closer to the city center next time. However, we still enjoyed our stay and felt secure and comfortable in our spacious room.

Our room was clean and pleasant, with a shared kitchen and bathroom accessible. We were able to take the bus into the city, and there was a small grocery store nearby.

A little far from city centre but absolutely tolerable by bus like 15 min to the city centre.

Free Wi-Fi, two bathrooms and kitchen provided. There are shops and restaurants beside the property. Very convenient.
