The only thing that was not perfect was the phone\wifi signal probably due to the remote location!

The location was amazing, the view was beautiful, the room was clean spacious & comfortable and the food was delicious 😁

Service was a little slow but everything in general was nice.

It was very bright and modern with decent sized rooms. It was in a nice location although for us walking The Rob Roy way it was three miles away from our finishing point that day. We had to walk 3 miles past the hotel and were lucky a gentleman gave us a lift back and friends we met at the hotel took us to our start point next day.

My cousin and I were walking the RRW and stayed 1 night only as it was ideal location for us on our hiking route. We had booked a double room and the hotel was very busy so we were kindly upgraded to the 2 bedroom cottage attached to the hotel which was absolutely gorgeous in every aspect. Food in the restaurant was delicious, this stay was most definitely the highlight of our whole trip.

The property is great. It’s the single track road that takes a bit of negotiation

It’s a real getaway location. Peaceful & quiet.

We could only see another part of the building from our room which was a shame because the surrounding views are beautiful.

The room was very clean and tidy. Staff were all very friendly and professional. There is plenty of parking for patrons

A hidden gem. Very well presented and we were looked after in all aspects of the stay. The bar downstairs is relaxing and the evening meal was fantastic. South African lamb bobote was top class. Alan, you are a star.

This building has been here for more than 50 years and I was excited to finally stay, it did not disappoint. The renovations are modern and beds comfortable. The food is fabulous and the pub has everything you could want. Tony was a wonderful host and helped the children and I get settled withbour bags and choose our meals. Thank you for the hospitality! The views are second to none...the narrow road from Killin is worth the drive.

    Nothing.

The location is peaceful, the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The staff at the hotel were exceptional. From the moment we stepped foot through the door, we were greeted with genuine warmth and friendliness. Their attentive and welcoming nature made us feel right at home. Moreover, the dining experience was equally impressive. The room was comfortable, spacious, and impeccably clean, with excellent TV and Wi-Fi. Overall, it was a truly memorable stay that I highly recommend for anyone seeking a serene getaway.

Nothing really. The room tv was beyond my capabilities, but no great loss.

It's beautifully clean, and in a superb location next to Loch Tay. Clearly recently refurbished to a very high standard. Very welcoming staff, good food. Couldn't ask for better.

The bed wasn't as comfortable for us, we prefer a firmer mattress but this is just personal choice.

Mike looked after us so well. He wasn't over attentive but always there when needed. Perfect.

Lack of nice, warm and inviting lounge with appropriate lighting to be able to sit and read. Only strong overhead lights that were not conducive to a cosy pre- or post dinner read with a drink.

Location, friendly courteous staff (surprisingly all non-Scottish) and comfortable rooms.

The dinner menu is a little unimaginative, especially for a hotel in the middle of such fabulous food country. The wine list could be broader.

The location is stunning, with magnificent views across Loch Tay to Ben Lawyers. Magnificent. Our room was comfy, very clean and warm. The staff - we met Peter and Kersten - were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the little cellar bar is very cool.
