Limited time during the day to use the pool. Not sure if this was the usual schedule but we could only use it by 11am during our stay. We also didn't have bathrobes in the room although some of the rooms had them.

Superb rooms, clean and spacious. The location of the hotel is excellent with easy access to the centre and local pubs and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and kind. The pool is a good size but mainly for soaking.

City view? Inside view. HSE nightmare - the 240v wiring beneath the television {room 312} - not that I had any reason to touch, but when sitting on the end of the bed to put on my shoes, the mare's nest was uncomfortably visible. A plethora of e-mails, many duplicates; uncertainty about whether my credit card had been charged.

room was dusty but bed was clean. no parking on site, had to park 7min walk away on charlotte street £40 for 48hrs. 2nd night we had 2 spiders accompany us in our room. 1 on the bed the other in the bathroom, which is strange for 4th floor room. I appreciate they might of hitched a ride on our clothing

My only fault is that with one lift broken down, check out time was too busy for one lift and people not wanting to use the stairs as they were carrying luggage.

The room was large, clean and had everything you'd expect or need for a weekend stay. The room had a balcony with a view of city life in Bath. The bed was huge and comfortable. The staff were friendly and keen to help.

Rooms were clean but after our second night the beds were made but literally the duvet just pulled up. Very untidy. The bathroom was only given a half hearted wipe . So housekeeping of rooms is our only complaint

Perfect for us as we were going to badminton. Pool was great and we looked forward to it after our long day. Staff at desk were very friendly and location also perfect for our travel to badminton and also to walk to eat

Price for one night stay 2 adults and 1 child was too high as if we would travel as a couple that would be significantly lower. Also, waiting for order during dinner was very long, my daughter was waiting for her burger 40-50 minutes, although there were only a few tables busy. Her order was the last brought to the table - hotel should consider serving children first when there is a family. I don’t mind paying more, bu found price too high and disproportionate to level of service and attention to details provided.

Friendly staff on arrival and when leaving. Chloe was very efficient at both times. The room was spacious, with a large TV and a very large comfy bed. The bathroom was really big with a huge bathtub and also a sperate walk in shower. There was a fridge with a large bottle of water, a kettle with teas and coffees. Also a ironing board and iron which was really handy having had to buy a new outfit as it was so hot when we stayed. We didn't use any of the other amenities. It's in a really good location for exploring Bath and easy to walk around and see the sights.
