Not many faults at all with the location, however our shower holder that holds the shower head up was cracked which restricted our shower times as it didn’t stay up. Other than that, no worries at all!

Me and my friends traveled down to Manchester for the weekend, what a treat! The first impression of the apartment was great! Easy access, no faf with finding the key, the corridors smelt fantastic, we then went into our room and wow, it was huge - perfect for our little group. Quickly explored around and it was so nice! Set up the sofa bed and quickly relaxed whilst watching Netflix accommodated from the establishment. We were able to make our own breakfast as kitchen appliances were provided, so helpful! Such a cosy, well located place - very close to the northern quarter shops, bars and restaurants and a short Uber away from other locations around Manchester. We will be returning!

Not all the apartments were the same. Out of 3, 2 were fab, the 3rd was ok.

Living room furniture (coffee table, leather sofa) was a bit fragile so we had to be careful using them. Could do with being refreshed.

Easy check-in, rooms were in great condition, communication from staff was superb and they even gave us prior notification of a maintenance issue (which turned out not to be a major issue for us anyway). Very decent shower, and easy to use hot water boost system.

Sofa wasn't the comfiest to sit on but we didn't do a whole lot of sorting so it didn't bother us. The master bed was also quite hard. Not having the hot water on a timer was a bit of an inconvenience, because there was 6 of us, we had t have the water turned on for at least an hour r more before we could start showers which meant someone getting up early to turn it on. Just an FYI for people hoping to eat in any of the bars in Manchester that have kids..... they don't allow kids in on match days or after 7pm!

Loved the easy check-in and access to the key using the lockbox. Also loved that there was water, tea, coffee, washing up liquid and body wash available at the property. Plenty of toilet paper too. Location was great, about 8 minute walk to either Picadilly or Arndale shopping centre.

The plugs to both the bath and the kitchen sink do not work meaning I was unable to have a bath and doing the dishes was difficult

I did have an issue with the hob tripping the power, but Jesse the manager was at my door within 20 minutes and had an engineer booked for the next day.

It was so homely and comfortable. Even near a main road, it wasn't too noisy. The bed was super comfy and it felt like an actual home rather than just a hotel.

There were certain areas of the flat that wasn’t as clean as I would have liked and the bath had a crack in it but having said that for the money, location and kindness of staff it was totally fine.

It was very close to the northern quarter and AO arena. If you don’t mind a walk you can get to other parts of Manchester like Spinningfields and gay village in about 20 mins. The staff were really helpful and on hand to help with anything.

No dishwasher in my apartment, bathroom occasionally has a bit of smell coming out from pipe, there is some water leaking under the carpet but no big deal for short stay

The properly would do with a deep clean. We tried to use the kettle to make a cup of tea but the inside was disgusting and smelt horrible. I also removed some of the artificial flowers from the vase to find some brown smelling liquid which was awful. This obviously hadn’t been checked and cleaned. There were some stains on the bedsheets and furniture. Overall wasn’t the worst and for a weekend away it was fine but on the whole I would say the place could do with a massive clean and revamp some of the furniture was falling apart/broken.

There’s nothing that I particularly disliked, but there were some issues that need to be addressed. The bath panel was damaged and the bathroom door wouldn’t lock. Also the bathroom floor didn’t look as if it had been mopped. The apartment stank of stale cigarettes when we arrived. We opened the window and the smell soon went but it wasn’t a great first impression. The cutlery in the kitchen was pretty grubby and I had to wash it all before use. The mattress on the sofa bed was quite badly stained and very uncomfortable. Had to use the duvet as a mattress topper and then the throw from the sofa and my bed as bedding for my daughter.

The property was in a fantastic location, very close to the Arndale Centre, and only a short Uber ride from the concert we attended. Liked the fact that it was an apartment as my daughter and I could have our own space.

The boiler do not heat at all after our family used (3 person). I need to use the next day or need to wait more than half hours. It is not convenience.

I can’t use the cook and manager inform us to use other room and get the new Pancras in the next day Quick response and quick action.

Unfortunately our apartment didn't look exactly like the photos. The kitchen supplies weren't clean (e.g. grease/fat on oven trays from previous guests). We also weren't provided with a proper washing up brush or tea towel (would expect these as the bare minimum). One of the beds has a loose headboard so made a loud noise when you moved.

Great location, close to shops cafes coffee shops etc and price was reasonable for the location. The staff were responsive and helpful. The apartment was a decent size for our group.
