I loved my stay at Rosy’s! Check-in was super easy and the Room was very clean and nice prepared! The Breakfast choices in the morning will start your day right. Train station within 5-10 minutes walk. Already booked my next stay, definitely recommend.

It's a bit far from the center but nothing too bad, the trains went till late at night (1 am-ish).

Very nice and quiet place, people live in the same flat but I felt very cosy. There's a guest bathroom. Nice self served breakfast so I could have a late one.

I was really happy with my stay! My room was small but very cozy. I had everything that I need in my room - including kettle, small fridge, umbrella, power plug adapter and a lot more. Also there was a welcome drink! Breakfast was good, and I very much enjoyed having a coffee in a nice backyard. Shared bathroom did not cause any issue - I had never waited for someone else, and it was very clean. I really felt like I'm at home. Host was very friendly and helpful - thanks Rosy for this experience! There are many shops, cafe's etc in walking distance. No underground. 2 train stations in walking distance. Bus stop is also close but roads a very busy. so better to take train to get to city center.

It was a bit of a search to find the right house.

Super friendly host! Breakfast was included, nice room. Everything you needed was there, including towels. The trainstation is not far away to give london a visit

Rosy, the hotel owner, was the best! She was super friendly, helpful, thoughtful and professionally making sure all my requests and queries were promptly addressed. The location was great too. A short walk to various public transportation options. Definitely my go to if I'm coming back to London.

I travel to London weekly for work and i jump between places to stay. This is my favourite place to book (when available). I've stayed here multiple time and even have future stays already booked. I cannot fault this location, its clean, comfortable, affordable and Rosey is an amazing host. i would highly recommend if you are lucky enough to have the option to stay here.

The only downside was the fact i was leaving away from my friend and it was very hard with transport to get to them . However, this has nothing to do with property. I liked everything. The shared shower room tap just had a slow water pressure which was a bit annoying but all in general the is a fantastic place and I will definetly go back.

The property was very cute , clean👌👌👌👌👌! Honestly this is best booking experience i had so far. Rosy is very kind, caring, warm and welcoming. I fo not have the word to describe her as she is one the nicest host i had . I had breakfast in the morning . The bed was very very comfortable that was one of the best part. She even welcome me with a bottle of processo, chocolat and water in my room fridge. Honestly she is exceptional ! And i will definetely recommand and come back for sure!

Rosy provided great hospitality ! ... and nothing was a problem. Great location, a short walk to shops with everything you need + a short walk to Hither Green railway station. You have access to the washing machine and a place to dry your clothes during a daily outing. Its a quiet setting and good value for your money. Breakfast is self serve.
