Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

A lovely property, very clean room, lots Of little touches made it feel like home from home, Keith & Julie made us feel very welcome, very knowledgeable about Weston, some great advice of where to go and what’s on, a lovely couple. Private parking spaces too, which is a big bonus in Weston.

United KingdomThe hill was steep leading to the property, but nothing can be done about that. If I was 20 yrs younger, it wouldn't of been a problem.
Everything prefect from the host Julie & Keith accommodation food, breakfast was outstanding parking also. Would definitely stay there again without question.

United KingdomThere is a hill leading up to the property which could be a problem if you are not fit and mobile. Lovely views down to the sea from there though.
Clean and comfortable room. All the little details right. Excellent breakfast and very responsive to my needs as I was on a "soft chew" diet after surgery. I was also allowed to use a fridge in the summer house to keep some food items in. Short walk into town, relatively near everything if you are mobile. Very friendly and engaging and professional owners.

United KingdomThe room was quite small for the price and it got quite warm at night. Also, it was quite loud and disturbing every time someone came in or out the house and when someone flushed a toilet in the building at night.
The room and building were clean and really nicely decorated. The owners were friendly and helpful. The accommodation is really close to the beach and restaurants. There were a nice range of toiletries and even bath salts available to use. The bed was comfortable. A very lovely breakfast was included but we chose to have a lie in instead because it is very rare for us to have one. The car park had lots of spaces available and the owners were even happy for us to use it for the day we checked out, we decided not to because it started raining just as we stepped out the building.

United KingdomIf you are disabled or struggle with mobility, unfortunately, this is not the property for you. Julie and Keith are very upfront about this. It does not have a ground floor room or disabled access. Although the first floor room can be requested if required. Also up a hill if you are planning on walking to the town centre. But this helps with the beautiful views.
A beautiful quaint B&B situated in Weston. Away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre but close enough to walk there. This B&B was one of the best we've have stayed in. Julie & Keith were the perfect hosts. They were friendly, welcoming and attentive. The accommodation is very beautifully decorated. We stayed for 2 nights over Easter Weekend and were guided to a parking spot just next to the B&B by Keith on Arrival. We booked the King Size Bed with Garden View and it did not disappoint. The view is lovely (apparently if you book the other rooms they do have a sea view, and with this being situated at the top of a slight hill , I am sure these views are beautiful). Our room was again beautifully decorated and a love touch of small Cadburys Cream Eggs waiting for us with it being Easter. The Bed was incredibly comfortable and a good size. The bathroom is small but does the job it is needed. With us staying 2 Days, Julie popped in the second day and did it a freshen up. Which was a lovely touch. Bringing fresh towels, water and topping up the tea area. In the morning breakfast is served between 8am - 10am, which is good for both early and later rises. The breakfast room is spacious and bright. Again, small personal touches such as daffodils on the tables, makes it welcoming. There is an excellent choice of menu, all cooked by Julie and served by Keith (again a wonderful Duo and Partnership.). Also, lots of choice for cereals, juices, pastries. The breakfast was very tasty. My partner has Full English were as I had the Pancakes, maple syrup and Bacon. (Pancakes were home made also), and incredibly tasty. All in all one of the best B&Bs we've stayed in and will certainly return on our next stay to Weston. Highly recommended.

United KingdomThere was nothing that we did not like. The room we were in would benefit from a full length mirror and the hosts agreed and would follow that up.
Julie and Keith are fantastic hosts and have lovingly restored this Edwardian property. They have very high standards and their attention to detail is evident throughout the building. The Dining Room is lovely and there is a good selection of items available for breakfast. Bedrooms are beautifully decorated and the beds themselves are super comfy. The property is spotlessly clean throughout and is only a 5-7 minute walk from the sea front. All Seasons has its own car park. Would we stay there again? 100% yes!
