We stayed on top floor and our home was a bit warmed even with window opened. This was an an issue with the fan on.

Great location to St Pancras International and King Cross Stations. Room was very clean, although a bit small but enough for our bags. Being able to store our luggage for free was perfect. Staffs were very friendly.

As I was there for one night I could tolerate how small the single room was, particularly the bathroom but it would be more difficult for a longer stay.

For an overnight stay the Hotel was perfect. WE needed somewhere to sleep and spent little time in our rooms. The room was small but well thought out. It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

The area of the hotel was very noisy (street noise at all hours). The people coming in late at night were very noisy. I wouldn't stay here if expected a good nights sleep.

Bathroom a little small and would of liked a bath in it . Having just run the London Marathon ,was desperate for a soak .

The hotel was spotless and the staff were lovely , great location , right near the tube .

Could hear the tubes rumbling below! No breakfast on offer. Hallways are narrow so difficult to negotiate with luggage.

Very close to St Pancras and Eurostar. Helpful staff. Room was tiny but clean and adequate for our overnight stay.

The window in the room was open but could not adjust. Window was over front entry and during the night people smoked on front stoop. It would have been nice for them to move away from the building, if possible.

Location was great for transportation on the tube. Helpful and friendly staff 24/7. Very accommodating. The room was small (which was expected) and clean. Shower was great and all was in working order.

Staff was friendly. Though there was no lift in the hotel and we had to go up to our room with many steps, staff helped me to the room. It was very kind. Very close from station, and they were happy to let us our laggages left before check in.

The place is excellent. It was convenient for all my travel needs. I felt safe in the area walking by myself. The room was suffient to my needs. It has coffee and tea. It was easy transfer for me from the Heathrow airport using the Piccadilly line. The place is accesible to bus and Kings Cross station for the tourist spots I visited. It was easy transfer for me going to Paris too because the place is right across to Saint Pancras. Excellent location.

The location is excellent for elderly people like me coming off the Eurostar! I was offered a choice of 1st floor room or one higher up I only had a short stay but would definitely use this hotel again

Very noisy. Both outside and the floorboards are very loud throughout. Kept waking up on both nights and didn't sleep well, although thr bed was comfy. Drumk people ringing the door ell and generally a loud environment. Not having own toilet and having to go along corridor was a little bit of a put off, but I knew this when I booked

Very central, easy to get to. Clean and friendly establishment. Room size was ideal for a solo traveller and use of luggage store on departure day which was free, although website says there is a cost. So that was good.

Arriving late and having to climb to floor three with heavy bags as no lift.

Location and price was good and room had everything I needed for my overnight stay before catching Eurostar.

The man who checked me in was very pushy about me checking out early and asked me several times if I wanted to check out early even though my arrival was almost 8 pm. Also- the room was spotless, but the pillows are VERY used and VERY thin.

The room had no en suite (as advertised) and was quite small, and the bed, although comfortable, was also small, maybe 6 foot by 4 foot.

The hotel has been recently refitted with modern fitting and decor, a pleasant change from the drab feel of other other hotels in the area. The room was quiet, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful and the location was nice and near the station.

Great location for the Eurostar also anyone wanting to stay in London for a few days as central to Kings Cross St Pancras and the road it is on is surprisingly quiet for such a central location
