excellent location for travelling by train - less than 2 mins walk from station. Stylish accommodation with everything needed - very central for shops/restaurants etc. I travelled by shuttle bus to Wisley gardens from the station and easily spent an evening in London with an 'evening out' travelcard also from Woking station.

Not always manned by staff, so issues such as lost key etc. would not be resolved. No opportunity for early luggage drop etc. Hard matress. Noisy location on main street. Partially blocked shower drain, but no staff available to report or assist. No other facilities such as lobby, etc.

Clean room, good access to resturants, train station etc. Good air conditioning! Friendly staff.

Small bathrooms, toliets and narrow alleyways to the rooms.

Very good location, good value for money, very narrow stairways to reach the room, small bathrooms. room was quiet well ventilated and furniture setting were ok. quiet like a ed and breakfast style accommodation. good to sleep and set out every morning. Staff were excellent and friendly, No hangups.

The sound proofing. The property itself was great but unfortunately there is a “tap room” about 5 doors down. I say “tap room” as it is nothing like a tap. 5 bouncers, blaring music until 3am (Fri/sat) and the noise coming from it and scuffles, arguments all down the street until 3am. Sadly the lack of any double glazing nor sound proofing meant no sleep until 3am both days! Room number 2.

The price, a bit to high in my opinion for the room that we got.

Location was great, dead in the center of the city of Woking, so it was close to everything. It was clean Room was a little small for the price that we payed for in my opinion.

I did think the room was small as didn't like the bed pushed against the wall meaning had to climb over my husband at night . Think a little touch of a biscuit or something on the tea tray would be nice as £85.00 is quite steep

Not necessarily a fault of the premises but public transport had lots of stoppages over the course of 3 days. Therefore travelling to Woking became a bit of a problem.

It was convenient within the town and close to shops. Also it was quite quiet.

I felt my room was cold & no extra duvet. I had to sleep with my scarf wrapped round me! sink very small to brush my teeth!

All very good except for the small washbasin in the bathroom, and the lack of a towel rail.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable with big soft pillows just how I like them. The mattress was really thick and I can honestly say that I have not had a more comfortable night's sleep for a long time at a hotel.

Parking is not obvious if you dont know Woking.

Comfortable bed. Hot shower. Smart tv. Tea and coffee. What more could you want?
