Absolutely nothing

Staff and breakfast were beyond expectations. Richard and Big Karen make the hotel what it is. Highly recommend to anybody definitely will be back

Nothing. Only stayed one night and suited our needs perfectly

Easy to find and close to town. Room very comfortable and everything we needed. Left earlier than breakfast available so a packed breakfast bag was given to us in check out which was lovely.

A personal preference but I found the bed very hard, with very firm pillows, however wouldn't put me off going back!

Room was comfortable with 2 good armchairs, the bathroom was clean and plenty of hot water. Hotel felt wecoming and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with the best scrambled egg!

10 minute walk into town.

The breakfasts were very good. The staff were very helpful. Nothing was any trouble. Would go back again. Very happy with the cleanliness of the room.

Only minor problem was the pillows needed replacing or a choice of softer ones and rooms a bit on the small side.

The hosts were exceptional and couldn't have been more help. Breakfast was relaxed and plenty of choice and very tasty. Location fine and just a short stroll into the town.

Was a bit loud in the rooms in terms of other doors closing and people talking in the hall.

Good family room, breakfast was great and made to order with help yourself extras. Easy walk into central town. Nice sitting room available with little pay bar for a drink. Great water pressure in shower.

Hotel is in very nice small town. Also room are okay, for breakfast you can order something from menu. Next to self service oatmeal, ham, cheese. Good for the price

The breakfast was exceptional as were the staff, Karen and her colleagues made you feel you were really being catered for, made you feel special. Such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.Room as well was superb along with the huge bed, loved it all and location was perfect, will defo be back.

Very friendly staff who helped us with all our concerns. (Many thanks to Big Karen) Rooms were clean. The furniture is a bit old but the hotel is being refurbished. The breakfast was fabulous. We can definitely recommend the Acarsaid.

Travelled there for a cycling sportive and was absolutely amazed by the dedication of staff to provide a super early (4:30am) breakfast for all the riders out there. Really fueled us and inspired us to go hard that day. We've met Karen and other staff who were not only witty and fun to talk to, but also very helpful and attentive. This place is amazing and we will go there next year for sure.

Perfect location for the Caledonian Etape and we really appreciated the very early breakfast for cyclists. Staff were fantastic - Big Karen and Michael could not have been more helpful.

The heating was on constantly in the corridors despite it being 24 degrees outside, which made the building feel extremely warm. It's a shame the hotel no longer does evening meals (especially at the cost of a stay). Floorboards were extremely noisy!

Great location on outskirts of Pitlochry and friendly staff. Delicious breakfast with gluten free and veggie options. The room was basic but clean and comfy. Lovely shower and kettle, tea, coffee, biscuits etc.
