We stayed over a week and there was no dresser to put your clothes. I had to live out of a suitcase! Also, there was no place to dry your hair with a mirror. No outlet in bathroom or in front of the full length mirror!

This was a modern, well-appointed hotel in a fantastic location. The staff were welcoming and extremely helpful. The sitting and bar area were very comfortable and relaxing. The rooms were terrific. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Walking distance to a vibrant city centre and both train stations.

The hotel is new and clean with modern rooms. Location is perfect, right in the centre of Glasgow. Breakfast is very good with nice, fresh pastries.

I couldn’t fault anything

Good selection at breakfast and as it’s self service can choose what you like. The whole presence and decor of the hotel made it feel so calm and relaxing. The room was spotless and the staff were wonderful too.

I felt that the room was a little small - even though there was provision for suitcase storage, the floor space was narrow when passing between the beds and where the suitcases were.

The location was convenient, the lobby and bar were pleasant spaces without being overcrowded.

bright lighting from empty office block opposite made it difficult to sleep sometimes due to a small gap at the edge of the blackout curtains - but that's a minor criticism

OK. Front of house staff mainly great but just before I left on the Monday afternoon I went to buy a bag of crisps. I normally pay by card for everything but on this occasion I went to pay with two £1 coins. Member of staff could have been a tiny bit more pleasant in telling me they only took cards. I felt about a 100 years old. Male member of staff was lovely though and at other times front of house staff went out of their way to show me how to get to places.

I have done a very favourable review on trip adviser. Breakfast was lovely. Liked the easy entry to dining room and fact we could pick our own table. Breakfast well laid out and good quality and choice of food. Only slight snag was that the small pastries were all gone by 9am on Monday, 22/4.

I loved where the hotel is in Glasgow. The staff were great from the moment I entered. The lobby, lounge and restaurant looks and feels very 'chic' - Good music playing etc. The room was nice. It's very minimal which I like. The restaurant is really nice although I didn't have dinner but breakfast was really good.

I stayed 3 nights but for the first 2 nights, I was not provided with the bottled water. I have to buy some from the supermarket by myself.

The location is good. 24-hour reception makes my life easier as I needed to take the train at 4..30 am.

A new hotel always has the advantage of showing no wear and tear and easy to clean. The layout from front door, to reception, longe and restaurant is a seamless flow.
