Very small room for the price & noise from the street was quite disturbing but guess that’s to be expected for a busy London street

Great location for Royal Albert Hall. Room was incredibly small but clean and comfortable. Was staying alone but think if I was with my partner it would have been much less comfortable. Every staff member I encountered was very friendly

Room could do with a little more soft furnishings. The size of the room was great but the compromise was the very small bathroom.

the location is excellent for an evening at the Royal Albert Hall. Getting a free upgrade for a special evening was very nice too.

If you’re not used to it, noise from the traffic, it’s noisier because of the tall buildings in the area, but that’s easily solved, by purchasing some ear plugs

The receptionist gave my partner some grief when he was trying to check in.

The hotel was lovely. Bed was so comfy and the bathroom was delightful. Location was good as I needed it to be close to the Royal Albert Hall. Got given a room upgrade so pleased with that.

Just a small thing, but my sons shower was very small! He isn't large but kept banging his elbows.

All the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is in the perfect position for our visit to the Royal Albert Hall just 10 minutes walk. The hotel is exceptionally clean. We ate in the q bar on arrival and after the event and the food and service was impeccable. Thank you

Bar I ordered the IPA which quite frankly tasted awful. The Barman changed it for a small London Pride, that wasn't good either, I wondered if pies had been cleaned and not flushed out properly. Did spoil the experience a little.

Room was good overall however we were told we had an upgrade only to find we were next to the lift. Could hear the noise during the day but thankfully was quiet whist sleeping.

We were warned about the ongoing improvements being made but were told they would only be working between 9am & 5pm with the most disruptive between 10am & 4pm. Unfortunately they started in earnest at 7:30am and woke us up after a really late night ☹️ Such a shame. Everything else about the hotel was lovely
