The location is in the middle of Belfast, which is great, but the noise from the street is annoying. I understand that this is due to it beeing in Belfast and the location is also quite good, but I did hear planes taking off loudly and traffic in the streets. For someone with light sleep, this is not ideal.

Nice rooms and clean. Very uncomplicated, you get a code to enter the house and your room, no physical key. The host is not on the premises and if you're looking for minimal human contact this is a plus (I didn't, but this is neither a positive nor a negative).

The guesthouse is situated on a busy main road so it is noisy, particularly in the warmer months when it is necessary to have the window open.

The hosts are very communicative and gave us good directions. The room is of reasonable size for an inner city guesthouse and the ensuite bathroom was adequate, bigger than some that we've experienced. The off street parking is great. The guesthouse is very secure and although the inside staircase is quite steep a and narrow, it is well lit. We had everything that we needed.

Noise from cars on the street.

It was very clean, communication was very good, bed was comfortable, shower was hot. The fridge and coffee supplies were an extra bonus.

It's near a main road and the aeroplane noise could disturb some people but I slept soundly.

I loved the room and the attention to detail. Nice place if you're not fussy and want somewhere as a quick stopover.

There is some noise from street but property kindly provided ear plugs . Also a march went through the area and it was blocked off for a couple of hours but otherwise didn’t feel unsafe during the day .

Convenient transportation, near a store, fast food. Nearby train station, bus station. Great price for room rental. Comfortable bed to sleep. Thanks to the hosts for their care and information. If you are not looking for something special, I really recommend .

Some of the other client disrespected the house rules and was banging the doors at all hours even though there was a no noise policy from 2200-0900.. when a large lorry goes by the building does shake a wee bit ..but if your sleeping you proberly not feel it

The room was very clean ..it had the bonus prize of a fridge if you needed milk for your tea or coffee. It was about 30min walk into the town centre. You have local shops just across the road. There is cctv in the landings for your security

Our room was on the ground floor and we could hear footsteps and conversation from the room above. Host is obviously aware of this as early as plugs were left on the bedside table

Very good communication from the owner, easy check in and out. Good facilities for a couple or family with one small child. Everything you need for self catering plus the bonus of a Tesco superstore just down the street.

As a solar traveler, I felt safe it was great that everything was just right room very spacious even though I didn't meet the guesthouse owner they text to see if I needed anything and that I had a good stay thank you mica guesthouse for you hospitality see you again in the near future 😊
