Would be great to provide ear plugs for those accommodated at the front of the hotel as the road is very busy even at night. Mattress a bit too hard for my liking.

Checking in was confusing as no on site staff and given conflicting information over the phone.

Tea facilities were included but the 2 cups provided were paper cups, which is fine if more had been provided, but they are not for re-use. The room needed generally updating. The lift was tiny.

The property was in a nice location and the tube station was close-by. The property was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff were very helpful.

It's quite noisy as it's by the main street, the cars, and sirens of police cars are there all night, suggest to bring earplug for some light sleepers(or even non-light-sleepers may find it's a bit noisy), the bed is fine not super comfortable, but if you are not too picky about bed it's fine.

The room is quite spacious, with all the basic facilities needed. Location is very convenient, Breakfast is not offered, but there are many restaurants nearby.

the window does not closed really well and therefore a little noisy Cannot turn on the light only for one lamp. It’s all Lights on or nothing :) Wifi does not really work in the room probably to far from the router

There were a couple of things that weren’t great, although as we were only staying 1 night it didn’t cause us any major problems. The location of the bed makes it difficult to get around, the curtain didn’t cover the full window, it was pretty cold in the room. The bed was also a bit hard.

It was very clean and the location was great for what we needed. Shower was brilliant and check in was easy. Staff were really friendly and helpful and overall it was a brilliant stay.

The lift is tiny. OK for us but it might not work for larger guests or guests with lots of luggage. It will mean multiple trips.

Located on Gloucester Place it is the perfect location to make the heart of London accessible. Just a few minutes walk from Baker Street tube as no one sensibly drives into London these days if they can help it. They are happy to hold your bags for you before and after check in which is very helpful. But note that reception is only staffed 9-6. Don’t miss the cut off. Rooms are very clean, very spacious for London and the price point is exceptional for the quality.

The elevator only fits one, and it may not fit your big luggage with you haha But for London, I was grateful, at least it has one!

Reception not manned after 6pm so it didn’t feel like a hotel. The kitchen facilities in the apartment was pretty pathetic. We didn’t use it but ok for 1 night but not for any longer if you wanted to use the self catering aspect.

Nothing at all, it was a great hotel and we will be back.

Lovely, friendly guy greeted us on arrival, happily gave us advice on getting around London. Our twin room was spacious for London. Very clean throughout and comfortable beds. The tea and coffee facilities and fridge were a bonus too. We were very happy with everything for the price we paid - it was cheaper than most hotels we've stayed in and much nicer. The location was great too - just around the corner from Baker Street station with plenty of eating establishments a short walk away.
