There were facilities inside for the kids although need a little updating as the felts didn't work and some leaked on the kids.

No toilet paper on arrival, this wasn’t nice for my wife and 3 Daughters after a 4 hour drive!

I felt it was a little noisy from other holiday makers coming to caravans late and leaving the night before they should havex and the grounds were a lot muddier front he amount rain pour but that's nothing to do with the caravan we stayed at and can't be helped.

I liked the way the caravan felt homely, and it wasn't too far away from Entrance to catch a bus to Skegness if needed, out of the way from fantasy Island so the noise was quite low and there was amusements and beach 10mins walk down the road also they're was lots to read and colour and dvds normal TV could chill out indoors or outdoors wether depending but there was something for everyone

The double bed left a lot to be desired as it was very uncomfortable you could feel and hear every spring when you moved

We liked the location of the caravan and it was well equipped and clean being able to park the car next to the caravan was a bonus

It needed a few more cooking appliances like trays and dishes and a few more glasses. Nothing major but being a family of 7 it was a bit tricky when cooking ect.

Overall a great caravan on a nice site, we loved the secure veranda with having small kids and a dog.

The camp site shop was closed but this is not the fault of the owners.

It was for a first time for us to have holidays experience in caravan and it was an amazing experience and for sure not the last one. Travelling there with small children was great and definitely recommended for others

property was mucky beds smelt like urine kitchen and most of caravan was filthy and smelt awful even when it was cleaned by ourselves 3 times! staff did come out twice on second occasion said someone would come back we stayed in but nobody turned up. probably wouldn’t return to this caravan again

location and we stayed previously and loved it the first time hence booking for a longer period the second time but we wouldn’t return for a 3rd

Shop on site shut earlier than it was supposed to but that's not a problem regarding the caravan

we were messed around a lot - we went to the caravan we originally booked to find somebody in it, rang the person we were in contact with who sent us to a different one on the same site, same situation. We rang back and he told us we were on the wrong site, which we knew after checking our emails was not the case but at this point we wanted to get in a caravan. We had to drive 15 minutes away to another van site - we went to the caravan they said we were in and once again, somebody was in it! Eventually (2hrs later) he had sorted us a different caravan which was better than what we’d booked, we skeptically drove back to the original site and luckily this one was empty and it all ended okay in a nice caravan, but driving around and being messed around for 2 hours was a pain after driving for 2 and a half hours to get there.

the Caravan was clean and tidy. Beds were comfy. Had all amenities needed for our weekend break Heaters warmed the van very well. A veranda to sit and have a cuppa. dogs welcome. Absolutely no complaint

the caravan was dated smelt of cigarettes I had to clean work surfaces and sink was filthy bed mattress was hard and needed changing to a more comfortable one .

the caravan was dirty, very very strong musty smell and felt damp, the shower was covered in mould, cracked mugs and dirty, everything had to be washed before use, mattress protector was very dirty, and as for the double bed the mattress needed to go in the bin, you could not use pull out bed as it was very smelly to the point it was making us all feel sick. over all not a very nice caravan and very disappointed

The bed was lumpy and it squeaked when you moved. It needed updating. The deck moved when you stood on it and banned when it got windy. The sofa also squeaked.
