The parking was difficult/stressful to find. The carparks suggested to use were only short stay and not overnight.

Garden gate locked and stuff so entry on return from a late night was difficult and resulted in having to jump the fence to gain access back to the coach house.

The coach house was a perfect spot for our friends to gather before heading out into the city.

Would have liked an iron in the room instead of requesting one. Needed a more ambient colour on the bedside cabinet lamp. Other than that I can’t fault it.

Cute breakfast spots just a few minutes walk away. Would have loved to try the brunch these guys offered but it was just so so busy. Loved the way the room looked, how it made me feel. Perfect weekend away.

check in is not the easiest. 2nd stay with remote front door access. you create your own room door pass, using booking ref number. 2nd time the card did not work and needed to call for back up to gain access to the room. Staff attended promptly and helpful.

Didn’t see a soul the entire time I was there , didn’t see where breakfast might actually be served . The TV didn’t work and when I messaged the mystery owner I finally got a response telling me what I’d already done !! Also no idea how to get in the front door, the explanation was sent to me after the check in time !!

One of the showers was very difficult to regulate and was to hot . Used the other shower in the second bedroom instead .

They advertised a restaurant, but no restaurant serves available and the coffee shop shut at 4

This place was beautiful, couldn't beleive what was above a small cosy coffee shop. Stayed in the king suite, absolutely fantastic, clean spacious, will definitely be going again

Fantastic one night stay. Room was larger than expected. It was not a problem for us, but only on street parking.breakfast was lovely. Staff v helpful with checkin..as wife arrived before I could forward details.

Literally the only issue was the front door lock - the key and the lock seem to have rusted and we had a bit of difficulty getting in. Just needs some WD40 or something - besides that everything was brilliant

House finished to a high standard, very very clean and everything worked as it should. Lovely amenities, cute tea selection, great lighting and lots of natural light too. Price was absolutely brilliant for what we got.

Given upgrade to superior suite on arrival - beautiful room. Staff friendly and attentive. Breakfast phenomenal. Perfect walking distance into city. Will definitely stay again.

Some of the furnishings were tired, there was a burn on the Carpet. The TV had no channels that worked. The bedroom lights were on the floor which was weird.

It is convenient for the centre of Cardiff. The room was huge, possibly the biggest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The staff were very friendly.

It's a shame the breakfast area isn't open every day, otherwise I'd eat there every time I stay.

Exceeds my expectations every time! I travel to Cardiff for work, and this is the best hotel in Cardiff I have stayed in. The rooms are incredibly clean and so comfortable. I look forward to staying again soon.
