No wine glasses, bin was too small , no cloths and cleaning equipment. No towel or hand towel and not enough toilet rolls .

En-suite was very useful, quite spacious. Clean to a point.

Directions to find the light switches sat in the dark for the 1st night, looked everywhere for the switches, visited the office next day, chap came out and the 1st place he looked there were the switches.

Meals at Golden Sands were very good, generous portions all round, clean eating area and friendly staff, nothing to much trouble even had treats for the dogs. Would recommend it to all good prices too

The caravan was dirty. The van was freezing we had to have all the heaters on pretty much the hole time we was there I went to get an extra duvet out of the wardrobe to put over the top for a bit more warmth but it had mould on it!! The cooker took 25 minutes to fry 2 chicken breasts! There is very limited kitchen resources, no baking try, no cheese grater. I pulled out 4 cups and they were all dirty, the cutlery was dirty. There was out of date may left on the kitchen side. The boiler hasn’t got any glass protecting the flame on the boiler it also has a burn mark on the front

Blaming myself and my family for damages already done when we got there. Oven dirty and unsafe, smelt of dog wee. We couldn't stand it any longer and left half way through the week. Never use again Site was lovely

supposed to be 6 berth but there was only enough room sleeping room for 4 people, the pull out double bed wasn’t there tried to ring the owner but had no reply my lad had to struggle and sleep on the thin sofa, and couldn’t get the oven to light and the kettle kept turning off before it had boiled think there was a loose wire

The caravan! The bed was broken i had to sleep on the sofa all week, i gave them the opportunity to sort something out and the left a lilo on the step with no way of blowing it up! For me to sleep on this was not suitable!! And never saw the lady after that.

The place was lovely and the staff on the park itself were lovely, the carvan park was clean and tidy had a club house and laundry and cafe staff very friendly

We booked this as a pet friendly place but hoffified to find dirty cutlery and dishes and sides, Stuff splashed up cupboards in bedrooms, boiler looking black n melted on outside. Beds covers full stains and no mattress protector on double just a piece of rag over it. Curtains hanging off. Smelt of stale smoke . Very dissapointed we are very lean people with house trained dogs and we had to go buy a Frying pan and dishes as we couldn't bare to use the dirty things . Slept uncomfortable had to push the 2 small tiny singles together to try get a decent size which still colpased in middle. Toilet sear hanging off. And bedroom door hubby had to buy screwdriver to kerp tightening it so we could close it. Shower walls all bent. Fridge disgusting, microwave rusted, Never again.

The dwelling was cold and smelt the heating was not adequate to make the challet warm the bed duvet was soiled very unpleasant no where to put any rubbish? We were glad we were only there 2 nights

Fire and cooker didn’t work and Xbox controller , bought new battery but it was broke

The caravan had not been cleaned and was in a terrible state, cat litter all over floors cooker and kitchen surfaces, wet towel left on the bed and bedding not changed, it took 1and half hours to clean ourselves,and a bin bag full of rubbish, cleaners arrived 1600 hours 2 hours after our arrival saying the owners were aware of the state of the caravan?? I have notified the company who have not responded, I can assure you it was spotless when we left, took photos of when we arrived and when we left. Not happy.

People letting yapping dogs sit on the decking at 6 in the morning know they're going to bark at everything. No kids outdoor play area

Apart from the dogs it was quiet with adequate facilities. Close to shops and restaurants.
