Lovely apartment - so clean and well decorated - communication was clear and timely

This apartment was on the doorstep for everywhere we required. Beautiful décor, comfy beds. Early check in was required unexpectedly last minute that was accommodated within an hour.

A bit noisy in the night time.

It was a nice central location, near shops and a car park was right outside. The property was very clean, cannot fault. Loved the roof terrace.

Amazing apartment, everything from the interior to even having a giant water feature in the lobby, it is definitely luxury! Went for our friends birthday and it was actually a last minute booking as we had issues with another place we booked. They got all our information processed for the booking so fast to accommodate us being last minute. When we got to our apartment it really was luxury, clean and definitely value for money! The roof top terrace in the sun with a bottle of wine was a perfect start to our Saturday evening. 5/10 minute walk from the train station, really good location. We will be back and recommending to everyone!

Although the property was overall clean, it could have been cleaner, worktops had crumbs on them and skirtings dusty. Could have done with more towels and hand towels. Only 1 hand towel for 6 people.

Location excellent and plenty restaurants nearby. Fantastic cafe right night to the apartment. The property and apartment was lovely. The host was very helpful.

the bathroom needed a lick of paint- just a small issue as it was all generally really smart and tidy.

The noise at night from the bars outside was horrendous - the property owners did leave ear plugs for us and it didn’t help that we booked on the busiest weekend in town!

Strong smell of chlorine in the entrance space.

Perfect space for friends or family to hang out together. Clean and very decent set-up. Location is great and communication with management was super smooth.

The service was exceptional from Callum, he was so helpful and supportive, especially with all our travel disruption’s. The apartment was so much bigger than what we expected, plenty of safe space for two toddlers to explore safely. Clean and Tidy, and the rooftop view was amazing. Central to everything, with a late night shop open, a few minutes walk away.

Nothing - it really was perfect.

The apartment was lovely, modern and clean. It had everything we needed as a family with a baby for the week, they provided us with a travel cot and high chair aswell. It was in a great location, close to all the shops, restaurants and not far from the docks. The parking next to the building was really good too, it was secure and only cost £31 for 6 nights!

For us we did not find anything to improve, it turned out to be what we were looking for, for people who need a quiet place that disconnects them from the city, this location is not the right one, it has a lot of movement and you can feel the heartbeat of Liverpool in the evening hours.

We really liked the comfort of the apartment and its location, for us who came as a family, with two teenagers, we have many activities to do within walking distance of the apartment. The equipment was above our expectations.
