The location was a little off-putting. It’s on a slightly run-down street, but once inside it was really lovely. A little noisy at night from the street below but that didn’t bother us. A lamp and side table would be good in the lounge rather than having to burn the ceiling lights and a dressing table and stool in the bedroom would be really helpful.

Very modern, clean apartment. We couldn’t get the tv to work, but otherwise 10/10! I’d definitely recommend. We loved the spiral staircase and plenty of equipment in the kitchen.

The apartment was absolutely gorgeous. It’s so quiet and in a lovely little location where you feel like you’re completely away from the rest of the world. The team were so lovely and communicative and having our breakfast right next door was an extra bonus - it made my birthday so special!

I loved how clean the rooms were, and very close to town but not too close. Very quiet and comfortable. Only a 5 minute walk away from central train station & town. Plenty of places to eat & drink. Below is a lovely little cafe too called the hardware cafe, breakfast is divine and 10% off with booking info ☺️

The only improvement could be the comfort of the sofa! The bed was lovely but the sofa felt short and hard. Not terrible by any means but not easy to lounge on!

The apartment was beautiful, clean and had everything you needed. The supplies available on arrival (tea, coffee etc) were a nice touch to save shopping straight away and the access was really simple.

The spiral staircase is a nice feature but can be a bit awkward walking up and down. However, you can access the bedroom by walking up to the next floor so suitcases can be easily taken to the room. Just a couple of minor points - we needed an extra hand towel in the bathroom which we did get the next day. A tea towel in the kitchen would be useful or mention in facilities there isn’t one so you can bring your own. Plus it would have been handy to have a small side table in the bedroom to put toiletries, make up etc onto to near the mirror.

Great location, minutes from the train station, bars, cafes, pubs and restaurants. There's a handy Lidl just down the road for self catering. We were in an apartment at the back (facing Bold Street) which was lovely and peaceful.

Being charged £10 an hour for early and late checkouts, especially when I was charged for 30 mins I wasn’t able to actually get inside the property for - on top of an room rate - and being asked to pay £200 deposit was a shock - you should be clear on the initial advert about that. Let your guests decide rather than just sending an email after the place is booked would be better I feel from a customer journey perspective - that’s really minor though - also the conditioner really stripped my hair - all the toiletries were half full and the room fragrance was empty and the washing liquid “elixir” was watered down I assume to make it go further but it’s not what I would expect in such a beautiful property so it’s more an observation than a complaint.

The place was beautiful - fully stocked with all self catering stuff. I think it was recently renovated as there was a lot of settlement dust and u would expect that in a new place but it’s deffo something to keep an eye on :) I think they have a brilliant business model and it’s executed in a really calming environment even though it’s right in the city centre!

Cannot honestly think of anything.

Beautifully furnished and appointed to a very high standard. Really exceptional! Everything very new and decor very fresh and uplifting. Kitchen fully equipped and there was even a washing machine, although we did not need to use it. Huge LG TV too. Entrance and hallway beautifully kept too with discrete doorway allowing access from the street. Would stay again in a heartbeat, in fact my friend said it could be a yearly jaunt to Liverpool and we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful little studio apartment. Rooms were extremely clean. Central location to the places I needed to go. The hosts were responsive to my emails and questions. Using a key code was super easy and I didn't have to keep track of a physical key. It was perfect for my brief stay. Would highly recommend and would stay again if I find myself in Liverpool.

The spiral staircase was lovely to look at but took just a little getting used to. We used the upstairs entrance to get our luggage into the bedroom.

Newly renovated and beautifully decorated apartment in a very convenient location. Equipped with everything we needed, a comfy bed and a large bathroom. Hardware restaurant downstairs was nice. Sounds of live music drifting in from across the street may not be for everyone but we loved it.
